Waited and waited and no one offered to help. Not even a «someone will be right with you» or a «hi» even. There was 2 of them standing around talking, while there was 1 gentleman doing all the working. Won’t be going here again.

Wore these Springblades for two days. They completely fell apart, came back for a refund cause they were advertised as shoes. Alice Cho is the district manager, called her and she’s yet to get back to me. This place is a rip off due to their policy. It’s false advertising. Update: she got back and approved very honest and quick just don’t buy Springblades ! Hope she returns them and files warranty on all of them in stock to save herself.

This place is great. Customer service that my wife said afterward that with service like this I want to buy here. The manager and female Co worker went above and beyond to make sure my son had the right fit and the right shoe. They tried to Upsell us with an insole. When we said no they never brought it up again. Thanks for respecting our decision. We WILL be back

I’m a little bummed. My husband and I stopped in here with our two small kids to find some shoes for him and my hubby found two pairs that he wanted to try on in size 11 and all they had was 10.5 and 12. That’s beyond their control though so no big deal. Then my daughter knocked over her apple juice and I was nursing my son so I couldn’t clean it up right away. My husband came over and asked if they had any paper towels so the guy went to the back and said to someone in a rather rude tone«hey, some kid just spilled something!» So this guy comes out and hands my husband a roll of paper towels and my hubby starts cleaning it up as we are both apologizing profusely. Never once did the guy say«it’s ok» or anything… He just completely ignored us. The two guys start talking about sanitizing it as if we spilled a bodily fluid or something. It’s a concrete floor and it was watered down apple juice. Dramatic much? Jeez. We were there to buy some shoes but we left right after it was cleaned up because not only were we embarrassed but we were made to feel like crap.

My shopping experience would have been better if I wasn’t harassed by 5 different sales people in my 10 minutes visit there. What was really nerve racking was the same big white guy with glasses asked me twice AREYOUDOINGOK within 3 – 5 minutes… seriously .WTFISTHISDUDESPROBLEM… I worked in retail before and this is by far the worst retail shop because the sales people will just keep harassing you till you decide to leave or buy something. I would have given this place 0 stars but I’m giving it two stars because of one sales associate that was unlike the others. I was pleased with one sales associate there. Jordan(according to the name on the receipt. He’s prob in his early 20’s, dark skinned, treble clef tattoo on his arm) was very knowledgeable about Nike running shoes and he was very respectful out of the 5 sales associates. He wasn’t rude nor pushy to get a sale or have people leave if the’y’re not buying anything like the others. This store has more shoe selections than Foot Action. This store has more running shoes and a good selection of fashion shoes. Foot Action only has fashion/basketball shoes. This store would be a 4 – 5 star if only they improve how sales associate communicate with customers. That big white guy with the glasses should get retrained.

This place is maybe the most amazing shoe store in all of the mall, it is great and do not deny it. Everyone there is super friendly, and they have a great selection of shoes. All of the employees know exactly where all of the shoes are, and if you know what you’re looking for you can be in and out in ten minutes, tops.

I went in looking for some unrelated item that I couldn’t find. I ended up seeing a nice pair of socks that were on «sale». I figured why not pick them up and save a few dollars. I get home, and then realize that the sale price really didn’t seem like that much of a deal, and that the sale sticker covered up the normal price. I peeled the sale sticker off and found that the original price was 2 dollars less than the sale price. I realize that’s a small difference, but it’s just a dick move on their part. Considering how many stores there are around here that sell the same type of things, I don’t think It’s likely I’ll ever return.

Running on the treadmill yesterday & today in my old beat New Balance was giving me bad shin splints! Decided to suck it up and go buy some new shoes. Walked into the Finish Line first and was impressed immediately by the selection. Thought I’d compare the Foot Action store at the other end of the mall before making my selection. What a joke! Foot Action had a very small selection of womens athletic shoes. Hightailed it back to The Finish Line and tried on at least 6 different pairs of shoes. Excellent salesgirl brought me all the shoes in my size & when I wasn’t thrilled by any of my selections, she picked out one for me to try. The pair she picked was PERFECT! Ended up buying the Gel Asiscs GT-2140. MSRP $ 99.99 on sale for $ 89.99 and I had a $ 10 off coupon. Came home to check my purchase online and found out they are the Runners World December 2008 Editors Choice winner. Will definitely be buying all my athletic shoes here in the future.

I should have trusted my gut to just go here first on my quest for new shoes. Oh my gaw, shoes! Shoes. Shoes. Shoes. Oh my God. Shoes. Walked by here first, and told the hub we should try Nordy’s first, then Macy’s, then stupid Footaction(see review of Footaction for more info)… after coming up short, we made a beeline back to the Finish Line. These shoes rule. These shoes suck. These shoes rule. These shoes suck! They had about 50 gazillion pairs for the ladies, the ladies, y’all! I found the perfect pair, and the rep was WAY knowledgable about the perfect ones for me, and also hooked me up with some socks. Oh my God, socks! I’m now decked out and ready to rock. Anyone wanna roll? These shoes are NOT three hundred dollars. These shoes are NOT three hundred dollars. These shoes are NOT three hundred fucking dollars!
