My boyfriend got me a pair of sandals from here a week ago and though I returned them, I really did like them! The price was decent, but they were just too high for me! It’s a love/​hate thing for me with heels because my bf and I are practically the same height. When I wear heels, I see the top of his head lol but I’m more tha halfway there with being okay with it!
Anyway, three stars because of great prices, stylish footwear for women, and on the day we purchased the heels… The girl that helped us was beyond helpful!!! She was sweet and always prepped each sandal for me to try on. By prepped, I mean that she opened the box, took out the stuffing from inside the sandal, and handed them to me. How nice is that?! Most footwear stores just hand you the box.
I actually visited the store before we made the purchase and the girl who helped me out was just as helpful! The reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the cashier that helped me out when we made the return made a comment that I thought was very unprofessional. She asked to see the debit card that was used for the purchase (my bf’s card) then she asked me for my phone number to record the return. I kindly told her that she can input my bf’s number because it’s his debit card. She then makes a comment saying «don’t worry I won’t call you» to my bf. Really?! Lol I find it pretty funny that she had the nerve. I hope she understands how unprofessional that is. Imagine how a 30 old married woman feel about that type of comment? I hope she also understands that unprofessional customer service like that not only reflects her, but her manager and the whole company as well. Really didn’t appreciate that type of interaction.

Well, maybe. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The girl who helped me found two pairs within my budget, and spent time talking about which might suit me better. She didn’t try to make me spend on the more expensive (but less becoming) pair, which made me smile.
On top of that, the staff are really cute ^^
