The customer service is terrible. When I walked in to the store the employees completely ignored me and didn’t bother to say hi or anything. Even when I was looking around for shoes they didn’t offer any help. I can’t believe that his is the quality of customer service that vans promotes.

Great customer service here, at least when I stopped by. The guy that helped me measured my feet and also happily brought out as many pairs of shoes as I wanted to try. When they didn’t have the shoe color I wanted in my size, he ordered it for me to be shipped to my house. Easy as can be. Oh ya, and the shoes are super comfortable, I will definitely be purchasing more. Store itself is very clean and nice. They have clothing at the front and shoes at the back(with mirrors so you can see how they look). Near the cash register they have a big screen tv that is playing bmx/skateboard footage, so if you were in a line, the wait wouldn’t seem as bad. Good experience!

I will gladly give this location 4 stars on any other day, but today was unbelievably bizarre. I came in to get another pair of shoes(I buy a new pair about every 2 months)… I am a loyal Vans customer for 30+ years. My issue today blew my mind… I asked to get a certain size and the girl at the counter asked someone in the back to get them for me… that seemed normal. Then, someone came out and brought me my shoes and then stood there and stared at me while I laced my shoes to try on. What’s even weirder is that she didn’t go back in the back… but just stoof there and watched me lace up both pair(like I was annoying her, but she had to stand there). I am a loyal customer, but will probably go to another store from now on because the experience was just too weird.

So nice to find good customer service, it is such a rarity these days. We ordered Van online for my son and within a month they were falling apart at the stitching. Not sure how i feel about the product, but when I called customer service they said I could check my local store about returning them there as opposed to printing out the FedEx sticker, finding a FedEx drop spot and mailing back, etc. Some stores do and some don’t. I called, the gentleman said to come in and they would see what they could do. Easiest transaction ever. They no longer made the style he got(bummer, they were really nice) and he didn’t want to look in store, so they just credited back the amount to my credit card. I didn’t have a receipt but I had my AMEX statement and the Fed Ex label. Bada bing, bada boom! Done! I took one star off because I am not sure how I feel about the quality of a shoe that falls apart that easily, especially at their prices. But they have the customer service down!

One of my very few reasons for stepping foot into a mall… the Van’s store. The service is always great. They also have a wide variety of Van’s. This is also my favorite place to buy shoes for my 3 year old. They have the best Van’s for toddlers you’ve ever seen. Also, did you know you can design your own Van’s on their website(I should have included this in my tip). –Lifelong Vans Fan

I was there 2 weeks ago to get shoes for my sons. I’m not typically a fan of the mall especially on weekends with kids. We went specifically to go to this store for shoes. The guy that helped us was awesome, I totally don’t remember his name but he was super friendly brought out every color and size without us asking. He was patient with us as we were trying to jam a shoe on our baby’s fat foot. We ended up purchasing 3 pairs of shoes that day and it was because of his customer service and we love vans!!!
