Took the overly picky child to buy a pair of shoes… she wanted basketball shoes and we had been all over the mall looking for just the RIGHT shoe. We walked past Shiekh but passed it up. I have been past the shop many times but had never gone in. We walked past again and decided to give it a shot. The 2 men working there were very friendly and helpful. They informed us that the new Jordan had just come out and they had a deal where if you bought them they would give you 50% off a shirt or cap but never once did I feel pressured. When she found the shoes she liked we asked for her size, the man even offered to bring a variety of sizes in case it didn’t work which was nice since often times you go to a shoe store and they don’t have the right sizes. A few minutes later we were on our way with a pair of Jordans and they didn’t cost me a month’s rent or anything. We will be back!

Shiekh came to the Northgate Mall not too long ago. It’s a bright and clean shoe store that carries various brands and styles for both men and women. I just walked past the store today and in the window they displayed several of the latest fashion trends for women including booties and boots for the winter time. Shiekh also carries t-shirts with interesting slogans or designs. I would say this store is more for teens to people in their mid 20’s. Prices aren’t too bad here… just like a Bakers or even Macy’s.
