I will not return to this JCrew. The staff follows you around non stop within a few feet and keeps asking you questions when you make it clear you’re good. Worse yet, as I feel myself being tailed non stop I look in a mirror and watch the lady working the floor 2 feet behind me, pretending to straighten a rack, eye balling me up and down. DONE! See ya! Get a grip! Give people some room to shop without being on their ass! Not everyone is a shoplifter morons! You lost a sale because of your idiotic staff.

I really love Jcrew, the clothes are classic with modern twists and fun details. The staff are friendly and helpful enough, even though I usually have my nose in the sale section. Which leads me to my complaint, as mush as I love their clothing, it is rather expensive when full priced. I buy a new swimsuit online every year. Most recently I picked up a wide brimmed sun hat for vacation, and I wore it everyday.
