WOW. I have never had such wonderful customer service at an Urban Outfitters before! The employees here were so helpful, so courteous, and so friendly! I went in with something specific in mind, and when I found something I thought might be it and needed a different size, they were more than willing to check other locations or order it and get it sent to the store. Sweet! This location was one of the smallest Urban Outfitters I have ever been to — as most of them are two to three stories. This is only one, but I must admit that I didn’t mind too much, because of the customer service. Thank you!

This is based purely on the customer service compared to the 23rd location. The folks here always make me feel welcomed and acknowledged and even if I don’t find what I’m looking for, I always prefer to drop by this locale. Customer service is huge for me and I appreciate this staff!!!

The urban on 23rd has a better selection. The bridgeport location is okay, and their sale section is quite small so i’m not a big fan.

Nice place to browse for expensive worn looking clothing. That’s it for the majority of my visits there. On the other hand sales are great on a good day. I’ve seen they offer $ 5 pairs of jeans. Bridgeport location parking is much easier than the NW23rd location.

Another chain store review… What to say, what to say? If you aren’t familiar with Urban Outfitters as a brand, I suggest looking on their website. This particular store is fine. Sometimes the sales associates are really friendly, sometimes they are busy. I always bee-line straight for the sale/clearance section because this store is a bit expensive. Find something you love on sale though and it’s like Christmas! The other plus is that they carry quirky gifts, like what you would find on but you won’t have to pay shipping!

This place is good if you need to buy a gift because it has a lot of quirky products that you can’t find in a lot of stores. While I’m really into the clearance section of stores, this one at the back of the store kind of frightens me because everything is disheveled, falling off the hangers, messy and/or broken. Stick to the front of the store. As for the service, I really can’t say. Whenever I go, the staff members are too busy looking cool to provide any customer service, except for this one guy who helped me pick out an awesome shade of nail polish.

Urban Outfitters Not many places sell these kinda things. Think of it as a place that sells urban-ish to hippie-esque clothing and weird gag gifts/knick knacks. Some of their stuff is good, or bad, or just plain out ugly. Sometimes I feel the stuff may be over priced for what the material is really worth. I like to window-shop here usually. I find it hard to find something that I really like from this store. But when you do find something, it’s pretty awesome. Possibly because it caters more to the teeny-bopper scene(IMHO). I do like that they are very«green» and e-mail you your receipt and give you re-usable bags. Other than that, not much going for them.

Very nice staff, but very much a schizophrenic merchandising plan. You immediately feel welcomed when you walk in, but it’s hard to tell what they’re trying to do with their stock. They still have clothes, but it’s hard to tell whether they want you to sincerely like the garments, or buy them as an ironic addition to your wardrobe. They still have housewares, but half the stuff is a gag gift. Maybe more than half. You can find a cool funny present for somebody here, but it’s tough to imagine finding a nice gift here that you might give from the heart. Still, there’s nothing really wrong with any of that. We all need gag gifts from time to time.

I don’t like this place. I have been in at least five times(because I didn’t learn the first four times) and I feel like we have to have at least ONE thing in common. I search high, then low, leaving confused and empty handed every.single.time. Just a bunch of almost cool crap made in China.

went here with my mom, b/c heck, lets face it. urban outfitters is kinda spendy and there is no way i could afford much w/o my mama. the style of the clothes is like hip and chic, but i wonder about the quality and how long the clothes will last. we went in b. c there was a sale and i got a cute dress for 40 bucks… one of the workers in the dressing room had no idea what their return policy was and stated that regardless if u had a reciept, if we wanted to return it, we would only get the price back that the dress is currently being sold for… say what??? what company would ever have a return policy like this? know ur facts. this is retail. cusomter service is important!!!
