Wow… spoke too soon. Having passed my warranty of only one year by a couple of months, one eyelet popped off into oblivion. Now, I expect that when I pay $ 320 for a pair of boots, not only should I receive quality, but the manufacturer stand by their product. Cole Haan… come on! You suck. These boots are seasonal, and worn on occasion. They should not fall apart when standing in line for beer! I feel so cheated. It’s like buying a Ferrari and it ends up being a Fiat. Your store sucks, your shoes suck, and you’re «shit outta luck» attitude sucks.
I don’t believe I have written any paragraph that SUCKS SO BAD !!!
