Phone service was quick and informative. We got in and out with our jersey really quick. It helped that they actually had the items in stock!

Ok so I have been to the Just Sports in Lynnwood a few times and although my service wasn’t great, It never pushed me over the edge. The Just Sports in Northgate is terrible. Yes, its a small store and they don’t have a huge selection but knowing that I went there because they are much closer to me. The service in this store is so terrible. The store manager is so unprofessional, he talks down to his employees and speaks very unprofessionally on the phone and to his customers. I cannot believe he is the store manager! I have worked years of retail and I know its a tough gig but the service is just ridiculous. I have never had such a poor experience. I will never step foot in any of their stores again. I am better off buying my gear else where Seattle is full of stores to go to when you need to stalk up on any gear. I would not bother wasting your money in this store. It SUCKS.

Wow, don’t understand the bad reviews. I just got back and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful especially Ralph who might be a manager I’m not sure but the entire staff went out of their way to help me. This is a much better ALL FAN place than some of the other big chains. Not sure why some others didn’t have a good experience but I thought they were great!

My extended family, believing that Seattle has the best selection of Seahawks gear post Super Bowl, sent me on a snipe hunt for merchandise that constantly changed. I need a shirt. No, make that a beanie. I meant stocking cap. Argh!
Just Sports was on my list. They currently have a large variety of Hawks gear that includes championship merch. This weekend, they had two tables set up outside the store and a large percentage of the inside was dedicated to Hawks as well.
I saw four people working. There was one person outside to watch the gear. Two people seemed to be rovers, making sure people were helped. The same two people came up to the register where one employee checked us out. At one point, the line was four deep. The contribution of the floaters were to engage the cashier in gossip so his attention was spllit. They talked about how slow it was and what they would do later.
Honestly, I could get the same service from my Amazon Prime membership. To recap, great selection, meh service, and worse than an online store.

Shady place. I went to buy my girlfriend a seahawks jersey for bday. The guy gave me a «free» discount card. Turns out he discounted the jersey and charged me $ 20.00 for the «free» card. Turns out my girlfriend already had the jersey I forgot she bought it last season. I went to return it which shouldn’t be a problem right 30 day money back guarantee. First they only wanted to credit me back the discounted price and not the $ 20 for the «free» card, finally they did that. I asked how long it would take to credit my card because they don’t refund cash. I was told 24 hours but it being a saturday I would see my $ monday. NOPE! I didn’t see the credit so I gave a call turns out 3 – 5 business days. They’ll take it but they ain’t in no hurry to give it back.

Unlike most Just Sports locations, the staff at this one didn’t hover like car salesmen. I walked in, they greeted me, and let me get on with my browsing. This location was well stocked and had lots of goodies.

Just Sports is well-​stocked with jerseys, hats, jackets, blankets, cups, license plate holders, just about anything you can think of that a sports fan might want. They have basketball, football, college, pro, you name it. Whenever we walk into this store, the employees are usually friendly. The store is pretty small so it’s a little hard to maneuver if you have a wheelchair or stroller… but you can make it work. Prices here are comparable with other sports stores/​websites.
