After paying for a pair of shoes at the Alderwood store they had me drive down to the Northgate store — $ 150 bucks — no shoes everyone is blaming someone else. They can’t figure out the refund. I’ve now invested nearly a hour. If I could give — stars that’s what both stores would get. I’m a high school teacher in 2 schools — I’ll be spreading the word — don’t shop at Champs!!!
