If I could give them a negative review, I would. I gave them a week to dry clean 5 of my husband’s work shirts. I came in yesterday to find that not only were they not done, but the woman yelled at me for not washing them before bringing them in! $ 7/​shirt for me to wash them beforehand?! Ummmm… am I getting punk’d?

These guys are great. Friendly, efficient and the clothes are always done right and on time.

Although very friendly and they remembered our names without a ticket after only one visit… We were shocked to have a $ 200+ invoice for 10 or so items. Pants, jackets, dresses are double most prices around town. And they couldn’t wash one silk dress that I’ve had dry cleaned successfully many times before. If you want to pay $$$$ then dry clean here.

Just tried calling to get a price on washing my down comforter and I wasn’t done speaking to the woman on the phone and she hung up on me… –_​_​–

I have only gone here 2 – 3 times, and they know where my shirts are without needing my ticket stub. On two occasions, they pointed out stains on shirts that would not come out with cleaning, and they didn’t charge me for trying.

Tucked away in NW Portland, this dry cleaner is fantastic. They are helpful and always able to get the clothes done in a reasonable time frame. They do a great job on men’s shirts. The owner is friendly and quite nice, and she will accommodate any special requests.
