Champion Cleaner

Absolutely horrible. I brought my clothes here for dry cleaning because they were across the street from my office and claimed to be «green.» They ripped a half inch hole in one of my favorite shirts that I bought in Japan. They did a mediocre patch repair job on the shirt and didn’t charge me for the dry cleaning but refused to reimburse me for the shirt. It was a waste of time and energy arguing with them, so I left and vowed to write my first negative Unilocal review and tell as many people as possible how horrible this place is so no one else gets their clothes ruined.

I am so disappointed with this place.
The owner was very friendly and struck up good conversation with me, making me feel confident in taking $ 700 (3 pairs) of denim in to be hemmed. I of course went in with heels to get them marked for the right height.
…To my dismay, I found that all 3 pairs were hemmed for the coming flood. I own 27 pairs of heels and now have $ 700 worth of premium denim flip flop jeans… I don’t even own a single pair of flip flops. I’m basically screwed. They also didn’t leave any material for possible corrections, so there is no going back.
If you have alteration needs do not go here. I do hear that their dry cleaning is good… though I wont go in to personally find out if that’s true or not.
Sad.
