Pizza Hut

So got a pizza delivered and they bring it to the house and guess what… it’s an empty box. No pizza. When they decided to make the pizza no discount or free or anything it took another hour. So 2 hour after delivery finally got a pizza terrible service and management.

Our order arrived on time but was incorrect. One pizza didn’t have extra sauce and our wings were not buffalo-​mild but rather teryaki. I called the store back and they did send out a replacement pizza without issue and we got it in 30 minutes but honestly the pizza nor wings were all that good. The crust was bland, the cheese was bland and overall I seriously think that I’ve had better frozen pizza. I hate to badmouth Pizza Hut, they were a mainstay in my younger years but what in the world has happened to their pizza?

We like to order their wings pretty regularly but more often than not, our order is not correct. It seems like something is always missing from our order. We typically get blue cheese with our order and ask the delivery person yet as s as we check the order something is incorrect. Also, when I have called to speak with management to make them aware of the mistake, it always seems like they are making some excuse as to why things aren’t right. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut after the most recent screw up.

It’s Pizza Hut. Fairly consistent across the board. At this particular restaurant I have had 2 excellent customer service experiences. The first time I was out of town on business. Ordered via the PH app on my phone to send the kids some dinner. The payment didn’t go through correctly. Store called me to get the payment info and comped an order of breadsticks for the trouble.
The second time was in the store. I ordered the medium spicy buffalo wings which I get at most wing joints. These were like fire on my tongue. I mentioned to the waitress that they were perhaps the hottest «medium» wings I had ever had. Not only did she take them off our check, she had an order of mild wings waiting for me at the counter. Both the waitress and the manager apologized for the experience and asked that enjoy the mild wings

Sherman and Peabody here, about to take another trip in the Wayback Machine. The time: 1989. The place: Marysville Ohio. We set the dial, step into the machine, and in moments are transported back in time. As it’s nearing lunch we stop by the nearest establishment, Pizza Hut. Typical of the time, it’s friendly and just the right size to hang out. We order a pepperoni and beef pizza, which is delivered in short order. While filling, it’s not the best, at least in present day. Off we go to see the Marysville of 20 years ago. As we step out onto 5^th St, we notice something peculiar… all of the cars passing by are from the future. Wait a minute, we’re not in the past at all, but still in 2011. Hmm, I guess the Wayback Machine has been acting funny lately. Oh well, it was fun to take a nostalgic trip back in time to the good ol days. Now, where’s the nearest drive-​in?
