East of Chicago Pizza Company

Seriously, the reviews on this place are nowhere near what I have experienced. This is my go-​to spot for pizza. They have crazy amazing specials like buy one large and get one free. It’s wonderful. I have had it picked up and delivered and either way is great. The employees have always been very nice. The pan pizza is perfect. Crunchy crust, buttery, light and fluffy. Seriously, it’s the best. I can’t give this any less than 5 stars. It’s great and worth a try for anyone visiting.

I enjoy pizza the same as anyone else, but my experience with East was bot great. It is a mimic of Pizza Hut and not in a good way. Pizza hit is delicious and East just doesn’t cut it. Not to be recommended.

This chain restaurant makes great pizza for a teenage palate. As for me, I don’t like it. Frozen dough, sub-​par ingredients. Just another fast-​food chain pizza.

Third Wednesday each month is customer appreciation night — $ 4 for a delicious medium pizza, half cheese, half whatever (I always get sausage). Thick, filling, tasty, and bad-​for-​you delicious, it’s my monthly pizza indulgence, and worth a visit. I do recommend calling ahead so you don’t have to sit in the warm, noisy little space while they bake your pie, but there are a couple chairs so it’s not a big deal.
Service is always good, and the staff is perfectly happy to accommodate requests in terms of toppings. I always feel bad for them given how hot and busy it is, especially on the appreciation nights, but they remain efficient and friendly despite it.
This is a take-out\delivery only location. There is a table but you won’t want to eat at it.
