Pro Nails

This was the most AWFUL, HELLISH nail salon experience I have ever had! They DRILLED THROUGH four of my nails! I told them that my nails are extremely paper thin, too. I also asked for gel powder overlay and they put on acrylic powder anyway. After this scalp job I was extremely reluctant to have the overlay taken off for fear of having NO nail left especially on the ones that got drilled through — so I had to go to a very expensive expert and have the overlay gently ground down and slowly replaced by gel powder overlay and it took almost 6 months for the scalp job to grow out. The pain from my experience at Pro Nails was EXCRUCIATING! They have different people work on your nails at every step, none of which speak much English. Nobody is friendly and the place was freezing. I strongly advise finding another more reputable salon — head to the mall in Columbus! The 2 places I’ve been to at Tuttle Crossing mall were both very good — more costly than Pro Nails but they actually know what they are doing. Pro Nails should be shut down!
