Inexcusably terrible customer service.
Based on the referral of a friend who’s had a good experience, we set an appointment. I usually don’t complain about customer service. We set an appointment for my daughters 14th birthday a week prior. She was so excited. When we got there, the receptionist said that Mary (our hair person) was retiring, there was a miscommunication and there was no appointment available. Terrible customer service! Mary didn’t even come to the front to apologize or remedy the situation. We drove 25 minutes because a friend recommended her! The receptionist was young and needs to learn to at least smile or get a different job!
