It’s very annoying when a cashier carelessly charges for an item paid with a reward point and then takes three girls to figure out how to refund me while they ring up customers over me — literally — and while they shuffle around avoiding my responses to them, and give me an attitude as if it is my fault to take up their valuable time to request them to correct their mistake. All the while, making mistakes on another two customers’ drinks. These incidences are commonplace at this store. Sure, the store is busy but don’t make it my problem when you erred.

Have had problems here several times already. Ordered a bagel well toasted and they toasted the outside of the bagel… never seen that one before! Today I found a hair at the bottom of the cup… that’s nice!

Horrible! Not only do they close at a ridiculous 3:30pm on a Saturday, they closed 5 minutes early and refused to sell us coffee. Wtf. Who does that?!?

This is a great bus location. Very positive vibe in this plaza and a great getaway from the typical hustle of DTLA. The people are pretty chill here and the drinks pop out pretty quickly. It’s They don’t have much seating up in the shop but there’s plenty of patio seating outside. The restaurants do validate but you still might end up paying $ 3 so be ready to pay with a credit card at the parking gate when you leave. Very happy I ended up here and look forward to coming back.

The manager Tiana was very rude. They think because they are Starbucks they can do anything and be u respectful. I bought a sandwich and after five minutes she came to my table and said to me «we are closed you have to leave». They should have let me know before, I think.-

I have been having a pleasant experience at this starbucks. Drink itself is similar across all starbucks but I like the fact that it is clean and not as loud as other starbucks. There is only one outlet, so if you need to use your laptop for a long time, I recommend to find the outlet first. They do not play music too loud, so this is perfect spot if you need to get your study or work done. They do not have a bathroom in their store, but there is one you can use inside of the building with the code that you can get from the Barista.

I hit this Starbucks on the way to work, I don’t have many options as I get on the freeway for my hour commute. This is the slowest Starbucks ever. It kills me! 30 minutes this am for an iced coffee, and they don’t even work quickly to put a dent in the 50 people waiting for a coffee. Aren’t their team managers around to expedite the process? It does not take a rocket scientist to quickly make a coffee. Why?! Whyyyyy?!

Customer service blows. Went in for a bagel and cream cheese and they didn’t have the oven ready. Girl said it would be 2 minutes. 2 minutes pass and she apologize and says it will be 3 minutes to warm up. 5 minutes pass and says sorry I’ll just refund your money. What?!? Not even a substitute? I came in for a bagel and left 7.50 in the hole for parking. Would have been ok if she asked if I wanted anything else. Screw this one.

I visit a Starbucks at least a couple times a day for the usual coffee fix. This one is close by work so very convenient. Their drink preparation here is consistent with other Starbucks locations for the most part however service is a hit or miss. Some of the staff are great, very friendly and cheerful. With others it’s like pulling teeth when ordering or getting your order. This Starbucks is very cost sensitive. They don’t do things other Starbucks do. For example, typically when you order a burning hot tea most places automatically double cup it for you. Here they won’t. Also, usually if I order 1 teabag in a venti cup I’ll get charged for a grande since it’s the tea itself that usually matters. Nope, not here. I still frequent here as its convenient and because half the time I get great service. Luck of the draw on who’s working but it’s all good as I’m a gambling type of person

I’ve never taken the time to review a Starbucks before, but this one just had such great service each of the five days I went there while in LA on business.

It’s just about twice as slow as a normal starbucks. I wait 15 minutes in the morning for drinks with only a few people in front of me. There are several people working. They either need more on weekday mornings, or to fire the staff they have(who arent as friendly as normal starbucks employees).

Very clean. 2nd floor. Nice views of downtown. Very friendly staff. This starbucks is quite busy but the staff is very fast. Good wifi. Since there are not a lot of seats, there is not a drag on the wifi. Closes at 6:30 pm on weekdays. One of my fave starbucks in all of So Cal.

This Starbucks is just like any others, but more compact. They were quick even though the line was long. No complaints really besides the size.

Closest Starbucks to Visconti — 2nd floor. — Clean. — Empty on the Weekends. Closes at 330pm on Sundays. — You can get studying done — Riley tried to give me beef, but then succumbed to give me a caramel machiatto. lol. danke!

There are long lines in the morning but the barristas are pretty quick and very friendly. It’s conveniently located and there are tables outside. I actually prefer to go there despite the fact that there is a Coffee Bean in my building. :) Oh, and register your gift card for some cool perks! :)

I like this Starbucks. Service is fast in the early morning. Service is friendly here. They have free WiFi. The view from this Starbucks and its huge windows make it standout from the other Starbucks in DTLA. If you want to get an additional discount on Starbucks products, I would suggest purchasing online through Ebates. Ebates is free and four times a year you get a check for the discount you are awarded by shopping through them. You can also save on tons of other popular retail stores too. Check them out!

Most of the times I go here for my Starbucks fix. Starbucks doesn’t have the best coffee but at least I can always get my coffee here. Usually they give me the right order so I am happy. I got treats many times from this Starbucks too. Extra strong! Extra mocha! They always listen to what I want. Free Wi-Fi. 4 stars! Starbucks here is yummylicious!

A Starbucks review? While I don’t normally have anything negative to say about Starbucks, this one didn’t have breakfast sandwiches. Really? Everything else but that. Funny side note is that they were filming a commercial with McDreamy next to the café. I wouldn’t didn’t know who it was until it was explained who the guy was that s few girls were fawning over.

Coffee at 5th and Figueroa! Starbucks is always consistent. That is a given. While I do not like the coffee to any great extent, they have free wifi and at least you know what to expect. This particular location is similar to every other Starbucks located on every block except you can sit nicely in the quad area at the bottom of the escalator. Great for relaxing and people watching. The customer service is also pretty good.
