This place in my opinion is the best regular coffee in downtown LA. Better than starbucks, way better than McDonalds and the ham and cheese is absolutely the best.

Okay. First. I get Boba all the time and all around LA. This is seriously the Best Milk Tea Boba place I have had. She makes the Milk Tea Fresh instead of it laying there all day and the boba is super fresh an yummy! She can also make it with soy milk because it is made fresh so that is a huge plus! My friend also loves her coffee. And the owner, Kiu is a nice lady! I heart this place!

Let’s be honest. This is a small doughnut shop. That’s all. I come here sometimes to get a latte to support the local folks, rather than grabbing something from Starbucks. She’s a nice lady and has some bananas and apples and whatnot. Don’t half step. Give yourself some time if you are getting a coffee drink, as the lady is usually by herself.

I understand that there isn’t a lot of Boba places around here, but this is nasty. I needed a Boba fix cause im away from my regular spot, but this was a waste of experience. The Boba taste old, and the tea taste like they made it wrong.

One of my friends used to get her boba fix here. She would get plain boba milk tea or sometimes taro drink. This place is super small and located underground. There are not a lot of boba place in the area so we don’t have a lot of choices. There’s one more boba place, Juice Juice, located near the florist on the same floor. 2 stars! Gourmet Coffee’s boba is not really yummylicious!
