I don’t expect much from McDonald’s the last few years and this one didn’t even come close to okay. 10 employees working — no one at the counter, stood there waiting a long time. Customers ignored fries cold Register didn’t work Counter cluttered with boxes Slow service Cheese sticks we’re hollow(no cheese just breading). They did give us new ones and they were the same. Wanted to charge me 50¢ extra for onions on my burger. «Have it our way» Had to wait for drink refill because there is no machine. Had to wait to ask for napkins because all the dispensers were empty Ketchup pump was empty Ugh–

I know there are high volume times such as rush hour but the day I went to this McDonald’s the service was SUPERSLOW. It took the person a long time to greet me, it took the next person a long time to open the window to take my money and I waited at the food window for about 6 – 7 minutes. Then I drove away with no straw! No one ever said sorry for the wait, which would have made it a little better. I was at the food window long enough to notice the manager had an email address where you could send comments. I sent a comment right as I sat there to the email address. The subject line was«3:30» and the content of the email was«SLOW Service». To my surprise the manager did write back and say she was sorry and that she would send me free meal vouchers. I never received the voucher so I emailed again asking if it was sent. She said it was sent, but to the wrong address and that she would resend it personally. Three weeks later still no voucher. Wrote to corporate and they did apologize and I received two free meal vouchers.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the paper had a smashed fly on it. I went inside and showed the cashier and she says«Do you want another one?» Another what? Another fly or another sandwich? I just got my money back and headed west! Fuck you you ghetto ass Mickey D’s.

I’m only speaking for myself when I say that I have low expectations of quality service at McDonalds. I’m always pleasant when they get everything right, but never shocked or angry when things are wrong. This McDonalds got my entire order wrong. I ordered a ceaser salad with grilled chicken and light Italian dressing on the side and a hi-c with no ice. I received a salad with tons of bacon bits, ranch dressing and a hi-c with ice. I wasn’t mad because I don’t expect much from McDonalds plus it was a free meal.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times since it’s across the street from one of my work sites. It’s right on the corner of slauson and vermont. It’s pretty easy to get to. The only issue I have with this place is that they are very inconsistent and stingy. A few times after leaving the drive thru, I’ve noticed that something was missing from my bag. Once, my fries, another time ketchup and today, they didn’t add the sugar to my coffee… Sucks to drink bitter coffee. On another occasion, the woman at the window was giving me a hard time because I wanted an extra bbq sauce for my nuggets even though I offered to pay for it, also she only gave me one packet of ketchup and she got an attitude because I asked her for a couple more more. WTF?!? You would think it’d be coming out of their paycheck… I gotta say though, the customer service isn’t always so bad. The girls that greeted me today were very nice and greeted me with a smile and a ‘good morning’. Sooo, the moral of the story is always double check your bag and make sure you have everything before you drive away from this drive thru.
