I was highly satisfied with the service in this KFC. The manager was just the kindest person ever. The food was served hot and fresh. Best experience in a KFC located in this area of Los Angeles.

For a fast food place, I was very surprised by the service and even with how tasty the food was. The manager, I believe her name was Cornelia, was very professional with handling the business. I can say without a doubt that this was the best experience at a fast food joint I have ever had.

WARNING: DONOTATTEMPTTOPURCHASEANYTHINGHEREUNLESSDURINGBUSINESSHOURS After returning from a very long drive from Victorville, CA., my wife and I stopped into this drive-thru to pick up dinner for our daughters, since it was closer to home. It took 5 minutes while the car in front of us finally finished placing her order. Sadly, she didn’t order much, it only took the guy in drive-thru that long to take her order. Then when I drove forward, our order was pretty simple but the guy in the window managed to confuse an order of three $ 5 box specials of tenders(3 to the box) into an 8 piece tender with 3 side orders. He actually walked away from the window to discuss it with the manager and didn’t even manage to finish taking the rest of our order. After a hefty 10 minute wait, I suggested that I’ll just drive to the window to simplify it for him. Funny thing happened, the last customer was still at the window waiting for her order. It took another 5 minutes to receive her order, with the exception of a bag of corn chips that he handed her later. Then I proceeded to drive forward to, again, place our orders. Once it was thoroughly explained, along with the final order of a KFC bowl, he explained to us that the manager stated that there were NO tenders and that she had already cleaned the fryers for the night. NOMOREPRODUCTSWEREGOINGTOBECOOKED because it was already 10:10 p.m. and the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. Therefore, I suggested that they turn off all of their lights, lock the doors, and call it a night since they were no longer serving food to the customers.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, then was asked to wait an extra 10 minutes in the parking lot for my food. It’s fast food, last time I checked. Finally went in to complain and the girl(Geo) actually helped me out.

I love fried chicken and yes I do occasionally do get a craving for a really greasy meal to hold me over from fourth meal. However, this location sucks for two reasons. First, this KFC wanted to charge me for Ketchup. How cheap can you get! I ordered an 8 piece meal and I asked the person working there if I could get some ketchup. She reached behind the counter and gave me «one» Ketchup. I asked her if I could get more. «35 cents per ketchup packet,» she replied. Really? I told her that I was eating it there and that I was going to take the rest home with me but that one ketchup packet was not going to cut for the three pieces of chicken I was going to eat while I was there — not to mention that I paid more than $ 15 for an 8 piece meal. I am NOT one of those people who douse my food with ketchup but common! So I paid her here damn 70 cents and went on my way to my greasy demise. So I sit down and eat at this crummy-looking seating area(I thought franchises were supposed to have minimal standards) minding my own business to eat this grease slop when I hear a person next to me make racist comments towards other customers. He was literally accosting other customers and telling them that they were the reasons why he was homeless. He was dressed in rags and he was really smelly and he kept smiling at me and egging me on to agree with him on his racist ramblings. I totally lost my appetite. I realized that this place is a hangout for the homeless just like the Los Angeles Public Library. So word to the wise. Do not eat here if you want to be nickel and dimed only to lose your appetite by homeless people who accost you to be racist with them.

Unfortunately, because this is the closest KFC to me, I have to deal with the slow service. To avoid having to go in and deal with the people who work there directly, I always do drive-thru. So many times have I had problems when I go inside: lazy service, dirty tables, really loud and obnoxious customers, etc. I don’t know if it’s the thick bulletproof glass that makes it hard to get the order right or what, but I feel like I’m constantly screaming. It’s unfortunate that some of these fast food restaurants need to have the thick glass due to robbery and other misfortunes. It makes the whole experience less special and makes me worry that I’m on the wrong side of the glass if something were to happen. Like I said, do drive-thru and avoid going inside.

I visited this kfc today(2÷25÷11) Service manager Martha is very rude and unprofessional she does not know how to manage paying customers. Not only did she get my order wrong when I asked for condiments she rudely threw them on the counter. That’s not good business etiquette. She needs more training
