From past few months I can say the waiting time on the drive thru has improved but yes there are times when they take a while I mean it’s pretty popular they always get my order correct

I try to support local business but when you hire ghetto people you get ghetto treatment. My daughter earned a coupon at school for a free Pizza and the manager refused the coupon saying we had to go specifically to a Pizza Hut despite the fact they sell pizza hut at this location. She refused to even come talk to me. We have gone to other taco bells and never had a problem. Its a ha us happens when managment doesn’t get properly trained on customer service.

Worst experience in a drive thru ever!
Took about 5 mins. just to get to where you order… I’m sure I’ll be here another 5 just to get my drink! That’s all I freaking wanted, but couldn’t back out because I got trapped!

My fault for leaving without checking my order from the drive thru window. But damn the guy came out running to give me my order, heading down the alley way behind chase, SERVICE. Fist pump the guy. #thatguyisanMVP

Who writes a review on Taco Bell? I mean you know what you’re gonna get. But what I don’t want is to use my credit card once on a trip to LA at a freakin Taco Bell, leave the next day and then start getting fraud notices on my card right after that. Least I had the good sense to use my Amex and not my debit card. Lol… avoid the hassle… stick to cash here.

Went through the drive thru after a night of bar hopping! Anything tastes good when your buzzed! (well almost)
I had a taco and a mexican pizza, it was good and it hit the spot.

one that USC students go to, so you know its overrated… i am actually super surprised that no one has rated this one yet… yeah not so great…
every time i go in, i always see the workers chattering in the corner and not paying any attention to the line or if someone has walked in… last time i was there one of them was talking about one of their friends relationship issues and she was cussing in Spanish and doing all the works… good thing i understood everything she was saying…(i look nothing like a Hispanic, but in fact i am Cuban. lol)
very rude customer service and their food is always served cold and somehow smushy… and what is up with the cinnamon twists?! taco bell got rid of the MSG or something, because they don’t taste the same…:tear: they now leave a horrible after taste that leaves me just sad…
to be honest all taco bells sucks, but this one truly lives up to it… sad
