I thought the food was well cooked and I understood that the salsa bar was messy. I didn’t give u guys five stars because I saw the management needs training, the lady in charge last time, will come and distract the single cashier and tell her to hurry but did not jump in to take a single order, there were several people in line and the customer before me was problematic, so management should schedule cleaning and expediting positions better and help at the registers. Franchise owners: watch your managers, they usually lack in training and lay it on to lower level employees when they are lazy and lack organization.

This place is thee definition of disgusting!
The lobby is dirty, the people who work there need to know their menu and lastly… The food is way under cooked.
How can the FDA and LA pass such a stomach-​churning facility?
I know it was fast food, when we pulled up but … This is beyond disappointing for the SoCal franchise of.“El Pollo Loco!”

That Chile Lime chicken Burrito and Tortilla Wrap is my fav in this place.
Plus the clean and fresh salads.
Only thing i hate is the rude employees and the horrible service.

The drive thru service is horrible from about 3pm till closing. They are very distracted and I have to repeat my order to them several times and still end up missing items when I get home. Also, their guacamole is usually expired/​old and tastes horrible. This is the only pollo loco where I’ve had several issues with expired/​old tasting guacamole.

Slow service, rude employees and the drive thru wait time sucks, especially during lunch or after 5 o’clock. The dining room is never clean and the employees act as if they have a problem accepting coupons. Although, they have some issues my food is usually hot and once I do get it.

I went to this location looking for a quick and healthy lunch. I walked in and the restaurant wasn’t really the cleanest. I ordered and waited for my food and that seemed to be my whole lunch. I saw people who ordered after me get my foodie before me and all I ordered was a salad. Then I got the food and opened it and it was barely a salad. Shreds of chicken to nearly no chicken. Huge pieces of lettuce. The whole thing looked thrown together and half assed. Never going back to this location not even for a drink.

0 stars if possible. Disgusting. There was a bug inside my quesadilla. When i cut it open there it was cooked and everything. The place even looks dirty. I should of seen all the signs. Smh never again will i go back.

Love the chiken but the restaurant needs to be clean there were to employees eating and the floor was dirty with spions food all over the floor underneath them shoes Come on now!!! Trash can was so full clean please!

My table was not clean. And nobody was cleaning the place. Long time waiting. I have been in many pollo loco before bet I really suggest that they should clean the place so often

5 STARS for their chicken soup on a cold day!!! It was delicious, so much chicken that I needed more broth when I was enjoying it ;)
Topped the soup w cilantro & cotija cheese!!! They usually top it w crunchy tortilla strips but didn’t want that.
DELISH to prevent this stupid cold I feel coming on!
My go-​to fast drive thru HOT chicken soup when I’m too lazy to cook soup for myself! A Large just for 7bux!
Can’t believe I’m raving about their soup lol but ya, go try it for urself… its that GOOD

Worst pollo loco I ever been to. All disorganized, loud, dirty, almost everyone is a E.B.T customer. I saw a black man come in with his large cup and stole soda in front of staff. Never coming here ever again.

They never have flan! Been here on 4 different occasions because its close to my house, and on every visit they never have it. Also when I order through the drive tru I have to check that my order is correct and ask for salsa ever time. Yes people, if you don’t ask for some, they don’t even offer.

i come here once in awhile but today was the worst so far. Eventhough staff is friendly, they take forever to get your order as well as giving it to you. Overall i was there for about 40 minutes… at least the salsa bar was stocked up.

I had low expectations and that’s exactly what I got.
They mess up our order almost every single time. You’d think we’d get better at checking our food before we drive off… but we shouldn’t have to do that!!!
Called to complain and that BEEAAATTCHHH Darlene was rude, obnoxious and has no clue about customer service… I’m surprised she passed whatever half ass test there is to work there!
Thanks DARLENE or DARLIN whatever the hell your name was because I have your store number and I have your managers name BLANCA and I WILL call corporate and complain about your rude ass behavior.

Cheap! They have a cheap «happy hour» menu everyday from 2pm-​5pm. Other El Pollo Loco charge more than a buck for the BRC burritoes. Here, during «loco hour» you get it for 0.99! This is the friendliest spot for the truly broke. Screw Subway and the $ 5 two chicken and two side meal for five bucks.
The bathroom is locked and require tokens. It does get crowded after 5pm because of families with kids going in and out of the bathrooms. I would hesitate to venture inside the lavatory after such heavy use…
