I have given this dominos location two chances to see if they have improved when it comes to customer service. Both times they have displayed that they have incompetent people working there. I had to literally call them to see what the status was of my order after an hour waiting. Once I spoke to someone after being placed on hold three different times, I was told that my order was accidentally canceled. I don’t know at what point they were going to let me know of their error. Thank god I called at about an hour and after their mistake on their part all they were willing to offer me as compensation was an order of bread sticks. What a joke. I don’t understand how this location stays in business. I will never order from this location again. I rather pay extra or full price on a pizza from somewhere else.

On Nov 4th I place an order for pick up online. Didn’t notice that it was for this location a bit far from my house. Called to cancel the order. My card had been charge and I was told it will take a week before I get my money. Now its almost two weeks and still haven’t seen my refund. Never heard that it will take this long to get my refund.

Ordered carry out for some wings. No one really greats you, even if there are 12 Employees who can clearly see that you’ve entered. I had to get someone’s attention after 15 minutes of sitting. Then I was rudely answered«don’t you see we are busy» What?!? Just give me my wings that are right behind you and paid for and I’ll be on my way. If you don’t want to work here than don’t, it’s not my fault you don’t like your life.

I always hate ordering from here because their delivery takes FOREVER. I understand they may be busy, but one time I waited over an HOUR for my stuff to get to my house and I only live two streets away! Might as well have the deliverer walk to my house and it would only take 10 minutes. But I know you guys can’t do that. And this other time my pizza arrived very cold -.-

I guess giving 2 stars seems fair. Normally I prefer delivery but for the first time I went in. I saw a big trophy rating them #1 best dominos. I Completely disagree. Ok give you a star for having my order correctly. The girl in the front was not only rude but so damn slow. Of course giving attitude and felt offended that I gave it back to her. Makes sense to be that way, working at a dominos. If you don’t like your job wth are you doing there then.. .common sense! Over all staff ehh. Don’t plan to order from here again.

Your trackers should be more accurate with your delivery driver and I wish I could attach a picture of my barely hot and smashed pizza cheese all on the lid of the box just not happy about it at all this is definitely a Unilocal review

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. This location has some of the worst customer service I have ever come across. I placed an order so that my daughter and I could have a pizza and movie night(our usual, hand-tossed bacon and spinach medium pizza, with stuffed cheesy bread, and wings) and imagine my surprise when the delivery driver delivers our usual pizza and wings, sans the stuffed cheesy bread, with a side of half-eaten, cold, chicken and onion pizza! I was livid! AFTER I gave him a $ 5.89 tip(the bill was only $ 29.11)! And to make matters worse, when I called the store, I got shuffled around to 3 different people, asking the same question, before someone finally had the sense to put me in touch with the manager. All he had to say was it was all the driver’s fault. I had to demand my money back as if it were even a question. And then he says it may be back in my account by next week. I’m not saying don’t frequent this location, I’m just telling you my experience. Who knows? Maybe yours will be different.

You sure you can’t choose no stars? This place sucks, it reminded me why I stop ordering from them a while back. The order was late and when I checked the online tracker for your online order… they marked it delivered even though they hadn’t delivered my order. Don’t order from here unless you want bad service and to wait a long time for you food.

HORRIBLE! I ordered from here and waited over an hour for it to be delivered. I called and got the money back to my card but it took about a week. Today I decided to try them again and this time order it carryout. I went to pick it up and i took my husbands card and they asked for ID and I told them this isn’t mine its my husbands and he is not here. So she says ok let me see the card and she says«what’s this?» I say«A card!!» then says it with attitude«well i know but what type of card is this?» I then explained it to her she asked her manager and they let me take the order. When she gave me the receipt to sign, she did not say thank you have a nice day NOTHING!!! I’ve made up my mind not to order from this Dominos again. Would rather go elsewhere.
