I used to come to this location, but not anymore. I always ordered online ahead of time and yet I always seemed to wait 10 – 20 minutes. It wasn’t even busy at times. The parking can be difficult sometimes. It’s a small lot they share with other stores. And it always smell bad.

I only come here by default and it’s rare. Never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold for a long time. They don’t change the oil as often as they should, order is usually screwed up. Understaffed businesses are horrible for customers. Oh and the ghetto attitude from the staff that obviously lives within blocks of the establishment. Fight for 15 right? Garbage

Customer service was cool. Food was made pretty fast as well. And as far as I could see it was clean. BUT my lemon pepper wings were so greasy. It was a puddle of grease and pepper under the wings. The bbq wings were good were hard and crunchy so were the lemon pepper. I think pretty much all wingstops have more crunch than meat, thank goodness for Buffalo spot! Most likely my last spending money on this place.

Just finished trying to eat the world’s worst meal from the city’s 2nd worst wingstop… first off after standing in line for way too long, I reach the cashier only to be told that they only have boneless wings(I hate boneless for several reasons) just getting off work and very tired, I relented my only request being that she ask the cook NOT to fry them hard. Not only didn’t they so much as offer us a free dinner roll or something for the inconvenience… the fries were lukewarm, the boneless wings were boneless rocks with no less than 1⁄3 cup of that greasy butter grease stuff total waste of hard earned money… btw the one star was cause I did like my sprite!

The wings do be good«SOMETIMES» and«SOMETIMES» you get your wings quickly when you call in but MOST other times the wings be dry no flavoring an you wait for your food like you just ordered it there call in or not … Gotta take chances wen you come here an hope they wearing hair nets them girls be rude all the time they hate they job. I would recommend Crenshaw Wingstop 1000000% better. Yea that much better

I went to this wingstop because i took my break and was in the mood for some wings, worst wingstop ive ever been too. First of all the cashier that took my order looks like she doesnt even want to be there and just has a horrible attitude, She told me my order will be ready in 8 minutes but it actually took about 20 minutes. Second when i got my order my wings where good but the fries had too much fucken salt. Since i was in a rush and had left the location i didnt have the time to go back and ask for another order of fries that didnt have so much danm salt on them. These girls working here need to fix there attitudes and change there face expressions when they see a costumer walk in. Smile and welcome them it’s not too hard to do that.

They need to CHANGETHEIREMPLOYEESIMMEDIATELY! I don’t know how are they still open. I have called and the girls always put me on hold for soooooo long. 32 minutes before I hung up. They don’t want you to order. I drove up there and I was still on hold, and asked the girl to don’t do that. Once I was put on hold and when she finally answer after 18 minutes she said I couldn’t order fries over the phone! Wtf? HORRIBLEBUSINESS

So my boyfriend called to place an order, the first time they hung up in his face. Then he called back only to be placed on hold, and when the young lady came back she asked him what do you want to order!!! As he was placing his order, she kept asking«is that it» he told her if you let me finish with my order, I will let you know when I’m done. Every time we order it’s always someone with a BAD attitude. If they don’t like their jobs, then they shouldn’t work their!

The girl working there, Genesis, was so rude. We were in the lineup and a guy cuts in front and begins ordering(this employee saw we were there first), we politely said that we were here first and the customer apologizes and steps aside. She gave us a nasty look and took our order with one word questions and bitchy attitude. She went to tell her bff in the kitchen about us and even the kitchen girl was just as rude, how cute. If you want to go out of business fast, keep it up. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

Second day in a row that they’re out of Korean Barbecue, yet all the franchises are advertising this new flavor. Poor management of this business. They lost business considering I had a 70 wing order. The manager victor is the worst so is there employee vonya pls save yourself I live far away ordered pick up the messed my order up they gave me the brownest celery I’ve ever seen prison food looks better and got mad at me for taking a pic of it I wish I could post it itd make you lose last weeks food they don’t care about us or our safety ! I’m wArning you run now! They wouldn’t even throw in anything for the mishap and expected me to waste my gas ! Victor told me to save my food till the next day and bring it back ! Like what ??? I’ve called in my order ahead of time multiple times & they always tell me it’s going to be 15 min, my order is never on time it’s always 25 – 30 min so if u ever order ahead of time always come late!

This Wingstop is consistent with the good wings and service. It’s not a dine in so I don’t expect A1 service… They don’t even have a tip jar so I don’t think customer service is a top priority. I’ve eaten here at least 6 to times since August 2014.

Poor customer service the lady who answered the phone was very rude. To top it off they say they close at 11pm and we called around 10:20 she said order would be ready in 15 mins got there 10:35 and they were closed! We knocked and the guy who answered the door said«his manager said they were closed» they didn’t have our order ready and they were closed before the time they say they will be closed. I will never be going back to that wingstop EVER!

Let me start by saying that if I could give no stars I would. They are Terrible. I called while on my way to get a head start. I get placed on hold right away like always and when I ask if she can explain the menu she sights as if I am asking a difficult Question. She kinda helps and then I ask her a price and she say(I got a line) and places me on a hold. Well I am still on a hold by the time I get on their. I do see she is helping out a customer but their is maybe 2 other chicks standing right behind her doing Shit. I would suggest getting a couple new staff that’s actually cares. Or just don’t do order by phone. Didn’t get the girls name but she is in the register with big glasses. Sucks. This location. Not recommended.

Waited around 40 minutes for my order to get done, after I was told 15 min. So many phone orders done & not picked up. After everyone started complaining about the wait, the manager decided to stay off his laptop & help out. 6 – 7 employees working & these guys were still behind 20 – 30 min per order. Smh I only came out here because I came to visit some friends in south la. I’ll stick BWW but I’ll take the Wingstop fries to go.
