Not happy with the service, I ordered a pizza box with 2 pizzas wings and reg breadsticks at 4:30 on line. they said 15 minutes so I leave at the promised time(I live down the street) I get and look for parking and even stay on a phone call in my car 10 more minutes it’s already past my time so I figure pizza is ready. They tell me I need to wait. I didn’t get my pizza till 5:20, almost an hour later, I asked by it took about 20 minutes longer and the guy who is giving me an explanation is stuttering and I can till he doesn’t even know what to say. In all this never apologized. There was only one person waiting beside me and I saw plenty staff to make the food in a timely manner. I did see a person on her cell phone, so I guess that’s where they spend their time. so I get home(takes less than 5 minutes) pizza is cold and instead of regular bread sticks I have cinnamon sweets sticks covered in Parmesan cheese, carless … Order is messed up. I call complaining about pizza asking for the manager and she says with an attitude what do you want me to do. I asked for corporate and apparently they don’t have a corporate number, I smell BS and she agreed with me that she could not believe it either and she did not sound like a manager. In all this I will never go again, bad service and they take forever. If anyone knows corporate number please let me know

This is what my pizza looked like when I opened the box ! Not to forget I ordered half pepperoni and half chicken & bacon. Doesn’t end there ordered 8 piece wings & received 7OMG!!! This is ridiculous I can’t comprehend how hard it can be make this order right ! I posted a pic of the pizza so you guys can see… knew I should’ve ordered from dominoes !!!

Placed an online order around 7:50 pm and it said that the pizza would be delivered at 9:07, 9:07 hit an no pizza We called and they said the driver left about 5 mins ago. 9:30 hit we called again and they gave us the same excuse that the driver left 5 mins ago 10 pm hit and we still didn’t have our pizza. We called again and they were still giving us the same excuse Such horrible service Pizza Hut has disappointed me Never again will I or my family order Pizza Hut again…

Earlier this evening I patronized this I have many times in the past, however today’s experience was horrible. Im a handicapped patron that needs to use the handicapped parking space. When I arrived there was another customer in the handicapped space. However when I was leaving I saw an employee pull up in the same space, and park without a placard. I asked if he had one and he told me he didn’t need one because he is a employee. I went back inside to ask if this was common practice amongst the employees that deliver? The response was the same. I refuse to accept that a billion dollar corporation such as Pizza Hut allows their employees that are not HANDICAPPED permission to park in a hadicapped space. I am mortified if this is a common practice, and I do plan on calling the corporate office to make a verbal and written complaint. This is not acceptable and it is disrespectful toward people who are really handicapped.

I have ordered from here before but now I’m going to stop ordering from this location until they get it together. Ordered pizzas for carry out, quick and easy especially from a long day at work. Needless to say they have gotten my previous order incorrectly I decided to give them another opportunity, big mistake! Walk into the store and there is a line with 5 customers and 1 person on the register. In the back you can see 2 women talking and looking over the front. They still continue talking, seems to be a manager and an employee. At no time did they stop their talk to help. Waited for 10 minutes to get to the front and pick up my already done pizzas. Got home opened up the pizza boxes and WRONG order. Yes, I should’ve checked at the store, but with that wait just wanted to leave! Called the store and girl puts me on and off on hold to ask a manager for help! Girl told me to come back and get my pizzas order correct. Seriously go myself and pick up my pizzas. But I did, why to show them the wrong pizzas and my receipt that they did them wrong. No sorry no apology and no 5 stars!

I order my pizza and they made me wait for an hour and thirty minute just to tell me that they went to the wrong location and that they don’t deliver in my area., I ask why didn’t they verified my address and all I got was an apology, No pizza and extremely rude service. Never again would I order Pizza Hut. Never!!! Never!

I like Pizza Hut better than Dominos or Little Cesar’s, I like their wings & the facts that I can get my pizza with cheese on the crust! So my mom & I are on our way home from a wedding ceremony, my mom doesn’t like to buy fast food, but hey I convinced her not to cook you know, to have a chill evening, after a long week, to me everything I can do over the internet is convenient instead of waiting on the phone until someone has the chance to help me, I fill out all the my info & what I want, never received a confirmation call ever but I did get the email that said your order will be ready in about 25mins. Ok I leave when my clock marks 25mins because I do about 5mins to the place, I get there & the girl can’t find my name in the system, how can you not find me?! I showed her the email, & finally she gets the bright idea of asking her coworker to see if they had received an online order the guy said yea & that he had canceled my order because they supposedly called me & I never confirmed the order. I NEVER got the call, & I second guessed myself & looked at my call history but no! I didn’t get all call! The young girl unexperienced didn’t apologized or anything & was arguing with me! That they called me & I didn’t pick up! I had placed an order of about $ 40, I cut her off & said you know what I don’t want anything, she said ok bye! Have a good day! Seriously?! I would never waste my time going over there, just to find out that my order was canceled. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! & that kid girl thinking she was being all smart & shit by talking to me the way she did, wasn’t smart at all! These employee need to learn how to dial a number!!! Because I’m sure they didn’t dial it right since I didn’t get a missed call my number starts with a 424 so I’m positive they didn’t dial it right! Or that they dialed it at all to be quite honest! DISAPPOINTED!!! with the business practice!

My name is in the screen saying my order is ready when I walk in.Awesome. Workers see me standing there waiting for 3 minutes and don’t say anything. Finally I pay. «Would you mind waiting five minutes to finish your order?» Yes, I mind. I came 5 minutes after my confirmation said my order would be ready, you make me stand here waiting till you’re ready and then want me to wait longer? 10 minutes later, my food comes out. Waste of time, I swear.

I should have written this sooner but hey better late than never. It’s a Friday night around 9 pm, I’ve just finished working and I thought to myself«Hey why not treat myself and order a cheesy pizza?!» I order online and the order confirmation tells me it’ll be a 30 minute wait but realized that I made the mistake of putting pick up instead of delivery. I call the place and ask them to change my error but they tell me that it’s going to be an hour and 30 minutes before they reach my house. BTW I live 1 – 2 minutes away from them(just 2 blocks away!) Okay, it’s Friday and nobody must want to cook and hey I’m still in North Hollywood so I’m just going to have to sacrifice a short stop for my pizza. It’s a 30 minute drive and I’ll just pay and leave on my merry way… WRONG. I get to the pizza place(40 minutes later) and I have to park outside the establishment cause the parking lot is full. I go inside and there’s this guy in front of me waiting to pay, I look up on the little tv they have and I realize that my name is the 5th person. It can’t be THAT bad. I wait 5 minutes before the cashier charges him and when it’s my turn, I give her the money and she leaves to handle something else; my money is lying there on the other end of the glass for 10 minutes until she comes back to finish charging me. Plus I have to wait 10 more minutes for my pizza. I get home, glad that I finally have my cheesy pizza and when I try to get a piece, I realize that they didn’t cut the pizza at all! Thankfully I have a pizza cutter or my night would have ended horribly. Sorry for the horrifying long story but I just had to detail my experience.

Although the food is ok, the service is HORRIBLE! Ordered delivery and the guy didn’t come to the door. He called me to meet him outside and he had a girl in the car. Really?! Really?! I should have known when the girl over the phone sounded like she did not want to be there. I was on hold for a while when I ordered that should have been a sign. I think its safe to say that I will not be ordering from this place again.
