This place flat out sucks the restrooms are in the back through the employee area and the way seating is if they are helping a table your stuck to get by and my food cam out cold and looking horrible the bacon came out almost dust it was so over cooked if was white I asked the manager of he would eat it and he flat out said no. Why serve food you wouldn’t eat then. customer service?

Last time i came here when we went up to the cash register to pay we saw a roach crawing up and ir was a big one and we mentioned it to the cashier and all he said was sorry and didnt even kill it or anything it was gross never gone back ever since

I live right across from the place, I’m one of their regular costumers the atmosphere plus great employees make my visits all the better. Is also a plus they know what I want before they ask.

For some reason I feel poisoned every time I eat at IHoP. I was hoping this visit would be the exception but it wasn’t. Otherwise, the staff was nice and attentive. I just had a unpleasant experience afterward.

I eat often at Dennys, I would say about twice a week. My daughter wanted to eat Dennys so we had to go to this location. I usually eat at the Montebello location where everyone there is friendly and the manager goes around each table to check how you are doing, meaning that customer service means to them. The waiter here which her name was Miriam. She was definitely very rude. She seemed bothered because we asked her if we can change an order. Obviously she is in the wrong profession if simply changing an order upsets her. Will never come back to this location. Betree yet I should take my one star back.

GreAt locations no trouble finding parking. It was nice and spacey inside they say is down quick. The waiter was nice and friendly. The food was good just wish there was more. My boyfriend order the sampler it came with two eggs two sausage links two pancakes and hash browns. He enjoyed it
I order the crepes that had chicken spinach mushroom and onions with cheese on top. It was good the portion was nice it was two stuffed crepes.
Most likely would go again.

Crowed on Saturday am’s but the food was really good, pancakes light & fluffy. Nice friendly service! Ihop is a Fav of mine cause its good & cheap. (Strawberry lemon aid was a little watered down) but everything was good!

The food is great but the customer service is crappy, the waitress was chew gum while taking our order, very rude and rolling her eyes when we were ordering, the cooks are pervs and keep looking at my woman and under dressing her with their eyes. Parking is okay, the area is in the hood so you’ll find a lot of weirdos wondering around.

Natalie was so sweet and energetic. I give them 5 stars food was what i was expecting! Love the crepes. They have friendly staff and we didn’t wait long to be seated. I am a breakfast chick so this is perfect anytime eat what i like.

This is my first and last visit to this location… Super Ghettoooo… is the best way to describe it. Their hostess was extremely unprofessional… the cursing wasn’t helping her appearance either. The waiter wasn’t friendly at all. When I asked for napkins he only gave us 2… am I supposed to cut it in pieces to make sure everyone in my family gets a piece? And 5 minutes into the meal he handed my father the check as if trying to get rid of us… needless to say, this place sucks. I gave it a star because the food was good.

I do have to say this Ihop is extremely fast with checking in the customers and getting their food out on time. The wait time to get a table was no more than 10 minutes. Kudos to them.

I’m NOT an IHOP guy and this last experience confirmed it. For the record, the entire staff was accommodating, very friendly and the place was clean but the food was horrible.

The pancakes were sponges, the bacon was soggy, the hash browns were bland and the texture was similar to cut-​up rubber bands… yuck! My over-​easy eggs were perfect but I have yet to find someone to screw-​up my eggs.
The prices are reasonable, portion size is adequate, service is friendly but the food sucks.
