Tumby’s Pizza

The Pizza is fresh and the prices are great.

I’ve been going to Tumby’s the last year and they have never steered me wrong. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had artisan pizza and real high quality pizza and at these prices don’t expect that. But They make good pizza that is still delicious for when you have people over or you’re having a party! I think they have similar prices to little Cesar’s but def have higher quality in my opinion.
What impresses me most about this place is the young people who work there and there sincere work ethic and customer service. They always take my order correctly and politely and repeat back to me. This is what makes me a repeat customer; consistent quality and customer service.

Don’t forget-​they have salads!!! They are huge and really good! I go with the house salad — they don’t skimp on the olives. My hubby goes for the the bbq chicken-​sooo good!

I came here to place a large order for my job and ended up canceling b/​c the cashier was acting slow.
The business says they taking Visa and Debit but they were asking for cash.
They act as if your patronage is doing them a favor.
Take your business elsewhere.

Tumbys really came through for me when I was starving and hungover. For about 6 bucks you can get a whole pizza and it’s pretty good! Only took about 10 mins

I like Tumby’s a lot. I have one near my home, but I am happy to see that they now have more locations. I love the special they offer, a large one-​topping for $ 5.99, because when I don’t feel like cooking I can get that quick. It’s simple, easy, economical and tasty. They even have my Parmesan cheese and pepper.

I can’t recall which location I ordered from; but the pizza tasted like the cardboard pizza you get in a cafeteria at a high school. I will cook a frozen pizza next time.

This place is bomb, food wise, I luv their pizza, we on the bbq chicken thin crust right now. luv it.

Surprisingly and exceedingly good for a non-​big-​chain pizza place. Tried pepperoni and chorizo. Fresh af and served piping hot. Always order for pick up. Wings are good too.

Good & Cheap, but surprisingly decent pizza. My gripe with this location is inconsistency in their delivery area/​policy if you will. I ordered a pizza and had it delivered to my address not too long ago and more specific less than 2 weeks ago… I wanted to place an order for delivery just like I did the previous week and all of a sudden they don’t deliver to my address. O_​o *what?*… Then it dawned on me also. Today was the Taste of Soul. on Crenshaw… they probably were trying to miss all that traffic. and even at that rate– that’s what you say. Today we are not doing delivery due to the time it would take with the festival going on. So I guess they just pick and choose when they’ll deliver to certain address areas. If ya’ll keeping it in a 2 mile radius just SAY THAT because none of the Tumby’s around me are further than 4 miles… So, I was then given the number to the other Tumby’s, off of Exposition… Who doesn’t deliver to this area AT ALL. Ended up having to go and pick up my order from the one off Manchester near Aviation. *smh* Ya’ll need to get that together.

The best pizza in the neighborhood. They have fast service and low prices. I always order the bacon and pepperoni. Yum. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

What can I say having a Tumby’s pizza near my house has been the best thing for my family and friends… I love the service there the employee name Kevin has the best customer service ever. And the quality of the pizza mmmmm delish!!!

The worst customer service via phone ever the little butt hole has the audacity to tell me «you called the wrong place we don’t need to service your area» Seriously your down the street never again maybe I’m used to great customer service but that was uncalled for its just pizza!

The $ 5.98 deal for a large one-​topping pizza is a steal! If you call in, they’ll make it fresh in 15 min. It’s great for parties or just when you don’t feel like cooking. Didn’t give it 5 stars since this location has a lot of hang activity outside and isn’t the safest block. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu but wouldn’t rule it out next time.

My favorite lunch spot. I love how crispy the pepperoni is. Only downside is this pizza is not that good when cold. Also, allow a full 40 minutes for delivery. You only get the deal when walking in.

Waited 1 ½ to get our food delivered after being transferred 3 different times to different store locations. Received 1 additional phone call about the card that was used to pay an hour after the order had been placed. After everything we couldn’t not enjoy the meal because it was too late, I grabbed my sandwich since the bag was LABELED and when I got home they had placed the incorrect sandwiches in the incorrect bags!!!

I just called to inquire about possibly opening a Tumby’s franchise in my neighborhood and I spoke with «Ana». Clearly she has no proper customer service skills because she refused to provide me with the name of the manager so that I could call back later and ask for him by name. She stated she did not know who I was. As if that makes a difference. If I was calling to complain about how her customer service SUCKED I guess it would have been a different story.

Pizza was better than I expected from a location like this. No disrespect, but, where this place is I really did not want to take a chance on it but, I am glad I did because the overall quality of the pizza was great, it tasted really fresh and the dough was good as that makes a huge difference in the quality of the product. Moreover, the presentation was on point and they got it out to is relatively fast and that was impressive. So, I will be getting more pizzas here.
