Superior Grocers

I went in to this store for the first time. This store was very dirty. I lines were extremely long. I walked around the store and nothing was in place. I walked out the store and I will not be going back EVER!

I Am furious at this superior! They have terrible customer service, the store looks super dirty Also is very unorganized.
YOU SHOULD GO TO EL SUPER ACROSS THE STREET.
I waited 25mins in line to check out my item and there was only 3 registers open. But when I looked around the manager was just standing there talking to another employe and not helping the situation, I belive her name was Wendy. Anyways I waited my time and when I finnaly got to the register the manager came in and started charging another employee which took 10 mins and didn’t even tell me to wait a second or at least hi! She just came and didn’t even look at me or mention a word to
me that’s super disrespectful, this superior she really pay more attention to their employees.
I am never coming here again! If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

Personally i have a bad experience every time i walk in to this grocery store! This last time i went the produce was awful. Spinach and parsley were really bad. Cactus was nasty and almost brown looking! I just had it with this store. Luckily at check out i didn’t stay quiet tho the register girl was very nice and helpful she managed to take care of the situation and got me fresh spinach and parsley and a gallon of milk with an expiration date (which by the way most of the regular gallon milks had NO expiration date). So forth and so forth.

Their okay. Always a hit or miss. Lines are sometimes too long and other times their decent. The cashiers are also a hit or miss some have customer service others dont. They are pretty stock with sale items but their floor employees are never helpful. Unfortunately this superior is always crowded. Really difficult to get around without bumping into other customer’s shopping carts. BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING MILK sometimes their spoiled before expiration.

If you love to shop without the worry of feeling rushed, or the worry of people bumping into you, or the worry of waiting forever at checkout, then this Superior location is not for you.
A lot of the people that work here are rude, they are slow when all you want to do is get in and get out. A lot of the customers are just as rude; they push their carts in your way, or brush past you.
Overall, I highly dislike coming here and rather drive out to Target to get my groceries. All I want is a friendly store where I can get in and out and where customer service is great, especially for when you have to wait in a long line.
