I go there when I want to find something quick! However, I really don’t like that place because the employees can be really rude! They have a really bad attitude for no apparent reason it’s not a place you’ll ever feel welcomed.

They supposedly close at 8pm. I walked in at 735 and they were suposedly closed. On a weekday. I understand closing like 5 min earlier. Or even 10. But 25 min earlier that’s too much. It’s not like I was gonna tear up the whole store, I was wanted to look around and grab something real quick. I’ve worked retail for years. And I get the closing early. At my old job we would start bringing down gates around 5 min before closing and we’d be iffy about it cuz really we’re not supposed to but ok sometimes we did. I still work retail but in wireless sales and I understand the closing early. where I work at now we don’t like ppl coming in last minute because our store gets packed last minute and an hour after closing we’re still working with customers. Also ppl walk in last minute for like an hour long activation and still need their photos and stuff transferred from one phone to their new one and get there like one min before closing and I hate that. And the only time we close like 3 min early is when it’s starting to get too packed and ppl cant come in anymore and they conplain for closing like 3 – 5 minutes earlier and throw a fit outside our store. But at rainbow really? It was empty and it was 25 minutes before closing. It’s crazy. I understand the wanting to leave early and understand how retail works but really? 735 and the girl tells me «we’re closed». If it would have been a full house like we get where I work I would have seen yeah it’s packed already but the store was empty and the girl was like no and didn’t let me in. Or if I would have tried to come in all last minute or 5 minutes earlier ok i get it but it was almost half hour earlier. If ppl don’t want to work they shouldn’t be allowed to work. Lazy ppl.

For a low budget store the prices are expensive. Will stick to TJ Maxx Ross Stores Marshalls Fallas Paredes Nordstroms rack kohl’s.

Really horrible customer service I had Jumba juice, in my hand she told me I can’t walk in the store, I told her I place in the desk it’s fine, she said no, I look at her and told her do I just leave she said Yes, I told her wow horrible customer service, she after yelled fuck you bitch, will never come back here again, wow horrible place

GHETTO its in the hood so you have to expect it!!! We came in they were only accepting CASH the card machine had went out the line was long and they were closing so the workers or should I say MANAGER was rude asf… I watched her talk aggressive to a customer im like WOW all I needed was a tank top but I changed my mind
