Domino’s Pizza

The employees are so incredibly rude that the the whole experience is left with a, «why should I even bother returning» atmosphere as it is plain and obvious that the help don’t like working there and aren’t the least bit invested in your order. They don’t care about customer service AT ALL and take any request as a personal offense upon them. Left me on hold for 20 min while trying to ignore my phone call to replace an order that THEY had initially messed up. They were hoping I would hang up and forget about it. I have nothing bad to say about the drivers cause I’m sure they do the grunt work and I understand but please mgmt, I’m not saying to fire anyone either, however please oh please boost your employee moral and enlighten them on some level of decency subtitle for simple and friendly human interaction. Hostility plagues this particular branch of dominos and I’m only saying anything for the slightest chance that any higher authoritative director will give a second thought to there customers satisfaction and take as simple of an action as requesting all employees to try with all there hardest might to be FRIENDLY and again, to be a decent human being in a world in which we ALL have problems. Has been over an hour an delivery guy still hasn’t shown up. Told me over the phone that delivery guy was on his way with 8 more orders. Hire more drivers if you can’t handle the load. Still waiting for food.

You’re Average pizza Service. Nothing Bad really. You get what you want. I’ve never had a problem with them, unless you go to the Pizza Hut down york that screws up your order. This place doesn’t.

The pizza it’s fine. My review is for the service. After expecting my pizza after 40 minutes, I called and was told that the driver «couldn’t see my address.» I’ve never had a problem with this with other drivers. The driver than appeared across the street from my house and yells «did you order a pizza?» and expected me to walk out to her car. I motioned her to come to my door. When she did the young girl had an attitude and never apologized for being late. I did not bother to tip her cause her service was horrible. As long as they keep that driver I will no longer order from them.

Never have I ever had to deal with such incompetence and absolute stupidy from a pizza place. Waiting hours for food, calling multiple times, just for them to tell me I entered information incorrect on my online delivery, yet it sends me a verification to my email which is why I know they were completely wrong. And instead of offering to bring me new food or give me something since I waited hours, no instead gonna say nothing they can do and awkwardly breathe into the phone. Wow.

Ordered pizza from this place, delivery girl is awesome kind and and attentive. I tipped her 5 $ if I could’ve I would have done 20 $.

They’re not too bad. They were nice and prompt. Pizza was good and they got my order right. They even delivered it to my car

Best Priced Pizza In Town. I go with a triple pepperoni during their large 7.99 special and it’s probably one of the top three pizzas ever. It’s always done quick and tastes delicious.

My review is solely based in the great service provided by the delivery driver. He always remembers to bring everything I ask for and is friendly and fast! I really like the pizza too Ofcourse, cheap and delicious!

If you’ve ordered domino’s before, you know what to expect. This review is based solely on my ordering experience.
6:53pm — submitted online order for a medium pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, and 2-​liter of soda. Estimated delivery time was 36 – 46 minutes.
7:09pm — called the store because I realized my phone number in my profile was wrong (I changed it online before calling). After some back and forth with the girl on the phone, she said they had the correct phone number. I gave her my phone number 3 times and she insured me it was correct.
7:39pm — called again because the online tracker said my pizza had been delivered, but I never received it. The gentleman who answered said he was the one who attempted delivery, but called and no one answered. Turns out he had the old phone number, after I was told it had been changed. Said he was going to speak with his manager, and told me my pizza would be delivered. Gave him my correct phone number.
8:30pm — called again. Spoke to a new person, who had to talk to the manager yet again (this was after he said «I can’t find your order from today»). Didn’t really tell me what happened, but said something went wrong with the second delivery attempt (all I can think of is they either gave the wrong phone number again, or they never actually attempted a second delivery). Offered to still deliver my food free of charge, which I agreed to.
9pm — food was delivered. Realized after delivery that my drink order was completely forgotten about (myself included). But at this point, I had waited over 2 hours for food and was not going to bring anything up.
I’ll check my account over the next few days to make sure I don’t get charged, especially since not everything I ordered was included. No one I spoke with was rude, but this overall was pretty ridiculous.

Warning! This place will make you sick. They spit in food and who knows what else. Stay away!

I place an order online n waited for an hour then call to check up my order n they say my order cancel cause they call n no pick up when I don’t even have a miss call r an voice mail from them n they don’t even have a manager to take care the store lol… if they have zero star I would rated zero !!!

Horrible customer service. They sent the wrong pizza after I ordered in detail. I’m allergic to cheese, so I’m always sure to say that. They sent a pizza covered in cheese, so I called and asked for a replacement. They first put me on hold for five minutes, then blamed me for the mistake, then took another 45 minutes to send the second pizza. I understand mistakes happen, but there is a way to finesse the customer relationship and not be rude, dismissive, and intentionally uncooperative. Domino’s may have a strong ad campaign but they are not hiring people who know how to support them.

The pizza has improved as everyone knows.
But I called them late and their phone kept ringing. Duno if they were closed or what but it said on their Unilocal page that they were supposed to be open.
I’d say the pizza is a 3.5 because of the price.

I’m giving them a 0 stars for sending me expired coupons in the mail for christmas 2014, I got them in the mail then called in and looked @ the expiration date and they where expired, they sent them to me in 2013 in Dec as a Christmas gift but they expired Jan 2013. Boo! I didn’t get my free stuffed cheesy bread of 16 pc parmesan bread bites. u suck dominos! y r u sending me expired coupons 4 Christmas. I could have tried to fight with them about it, but instead I am just writing a bad review for Dominos pizza. Merry Christmas Dominos! seems about fair to me. :P

I want to give no stars cause I was very disappointed with all my food! Our pizza was burnt feta cheese was black and hard! my sandwich only had meat on half of it! And our pasta had no sauce and was also very burnt! I cant believe that they sent this out! Wasted 30 bucks tonight! I thought dominos was suppose to have changed!

This one was the first one with a bullet proof window. Never seen that before only in Church’s Chicken that is open 24hours. Or Jim Dandy in Florence. I thought this place is safe but I guess the Domino’s gets robbed a lot. OH well what can yah do.
The workers are friendly and got my order right and in a timely manner. They have there own small parking lot that they share with other stores. Inside is pretty clean.
