Little Caesars Pizza

I can’t complain $ 5 pizza any which way you look at it is a deal. If you want to splurge and get a deep dish you better make sure you wait for it. All the times I have gotten it and it was already ready it was cold as hell when I brought it home. I live off Ave 60 not far at all especially for it to be cold by the time I brought it home. Still the best deal for a family on a budget and who isn’t.

I recently went back and they seemed to have resolved the issues I had complained about earlier. «Hot and Ready» was both hot AND ready. There was no confusion. Employees were focused, communicated well, and were getting the orders out in an efficient manner. It’s still Little Caesars so the pizza is mediocre, but if you need fast, cheap, pizza, this place works. Also, I must say that when I emailed corporate to bring the problem to their attention, I received a prompt call back to see what the problem was. They also offered me free pizza, which I declined. I just wanted them to address the issue and they seemed to do so. It often pays to offer constructive criticism when things aren’t going well with a business.

I want to start this off by saying I was a bit weary comimg here having read past reviews, but decided to bite the bullet. I came in a couple of days ago and was immediately greeted by this tall gentlemen with glasses who made me feel like my husband and I had been loyal customers for ages. He offered my daughter a little bag ofcookies to which my husband was impressed at just how friendly he was. I placed an order for a couple of pizzas and was told it was going to be a about a 10 minute waitto which I was happy to wait. The pizzas came out right on time, and they tasted great! We will definitely be coming back!

The pizza is not good here. The service is bad. Pizza feels really stale. Lacks flavor compared to other locations. The area is Dangerous. Lots of cops, gangs, drug addicts, and bums. The street next to it is rat infested. The ghetto & Highland Park for you all.

Bad service. It’s amazing how you can tell when a place is portly managed. The last time I went I waited about 20 minutes for one pizza. While I was there, friends of one of the workers came in and just hung out as if it was their kickback spot. This was annoying and maybe if they spent more time working and less time socializing my pizza wouldn’t have taken so long. There was one poor girl in the back doing everything and she was working hard. Unfortunately everyone else was just hanging out.

This place is the absolute WORST. Stay away!!! Their servers are so slow and they obviously do not care at all about customer service. I’ve gone here a few times and I always have something wrong with my pizza. It’s either cold, has next to no cheese, or burnt. These guys are incompetent and I really wish they’d get it together since I usually enjoy Little Caesars. You would think they’d try to figure things out with 1.5 stars on Unilocal

Stopped by to pick up a $ 5 pepperoni pizza and crazy bread on a Friday evening. I had NO idea this place gets so busy. There was about 15 people waiting, and it took close to 15min to get my order. However, the workers were pretty organized and very polite. Pretty good quality for really cheap pizza. The parking lot is a mess, I parked on the street and made it in quicker than people crammed in the lot.

The literal worst. I have yet to come here after calling in an order where they actually have prepared it. After confirming the phone order to be available in 10 minutes it’s the same story EVERY time upon arrival «durrrrr… we never got the call.» So frustrating. If you can help it, opt for a different location

Should of paid attention to the 1 star rating! Ordered my deep dish and 2 orders of wings over the phone so it could be ready by the time i got there. Promised time was 8 to 12 minutes. It took 30 minutes for me to get my food! My deep dish was ready but it seemed like someone forgot to cook the wings! The employees didn’t seem to be on top of things. Seems that my wings were done but someone failed to tell someone to package it. Plus that lobby is about 100 degrees which made to wait even worse. They need some widow shades to block the direct sunlight.

Worst place ever. People working here are dumb and very slow !! Called in an order the girl said 10 min showed up 15 minutes later and still had to wait

I think they put some sort of sleeping agent on the pizza. Every time I get a supreme pizza it knocks me out like a light and then i wake up feeling gross. Not worth it even though it is super cheap.

Ghetto arse little ceasars. Stale a** faulk pizza. Stupid dumb ho working at the register. Doesn’t get any worse than this place.

Don’t know why I keep on coming to this place, It must be the $ 5 pizzas. This place has the worst customer service and you always have to wait for a pepperoni pizza. Sometimes the wait is 25min minimum. How hard is it to make a pizza? You always see the employees in the kitchen either arguing or chit chatting. So far this is the on Little Caesars that I have been to that has this problem. I try to avoid this place on Fridays since it is the busiest.
