Took two hours and arrived ice cold. The store is literally 6 blocks away. They gave me completely random dipping sauces and the driver wouldn’t give me my receipt, making it difficult to get a refund. Now, granted, I normally do regret ordering pizzahut. But never this much. I waited two hours for this?!? Shoulda called Dominos.

Well, when we placed our order. It took almost 2 hours to get to us and was wrong. This was due to an oven fire and allegedly was evacuated by LAFD. I didn’t know about the fire because after waiting an hour I attempted to call the store directly — I was placed on hold for 20 minutes without ever having spoken to a live person, and then briefly someone picked up the phone and then hung up. I tried calling back two more times, totaling a cumulative 10 – 15 minutes and both times I was hung up on as well. I contacted Pizza Hut corporate office and asked to have my order cancelled and they were unable to do so. I was able to get a hold of the direct store one last time and finally someone answered — we confirmed our order and asked what was happening as I didn’t appreciate being put on hold only to be hung up on for that amount of time. They explained the situation that had occurred. He confirmed our order and what we ordered specifically and hung up on us when we were in the middle of talking to him. I was pissed! The regional manager called me days later and offered to remake our order free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. They redid the order completely and all is good given the fire circumstance.

This star wouldn’t even do me any justice. I ordered pizza at 2:15pm online and the email confirmation that I got said that it will be delivered at 2:50pm. 3pm passed by, still no pizza. So, i called the branch. I told a lady what happened and she’s like, «i don’t see your name here. «She took my number and I think she saw it. She asked me if I want to pick up my order instead. And ofcourse I said no. That’s why I ordered for delivery, right? So that I won’t be in a hassle picking it up. And she’s like«i don’t want you to get upset that’s why I’m asking you if you could pick it up.» And I go, «but I was already upset and starving. I have already been waiting for more than an hour. «And you know what she did? She hung up. Which made me so furious. I should’ve gotten her name. Then I called again, a guy spoke to me. He put me on hold without telling me anything. Would you not tell somebody on the phone that you will put them on hold wheb you’re gonna? Where’s the customer service there? So, while I was on «hold»(he just put the phone down), I could here the staffs bickering and talking to each other. Guess what I heard? I heard this lady talking about my recent conversation with her and telling shit about me. And the guy who put me on hold somehow forgot that i was still on the phone. I hung up, called again, after a ring, i was put on hold. My caller ID was showing. Tried dialling with *67 to make my number unknown and voila! They picked up. This time I spoke to the manager. She handled me very well. She explained to me in a calm manner what happened to their other driver(accident) which made me feel bad. However, the first person I’ve spoken to just not know how to be patient and to give good customer service. I told the manager to deliver it. I asked if I could get ot free but who am I kidding? I asked if I could get it fresh, she said imma have to wait. More waiting? No. I’m starving. I told her to just deliver it. The other driver just arrived. I’ve worked in a fast food, too. I know the feeling of having upset and irate customers. But I have never talked about a customer behind his/her back no matter how awful s/he is. It is frustrating, yes. But you applied for this job and you should know what you’re getting into. Customers just need a calm person to explain all the hassles that’s been happening with their orders. Anyways, the delivery guy came after 10mins. I still gave him a $ 4-tip. I’m not a bad customer. I’m just hungry.

I ordered a pizza online at 4:32pm with an expected delivery time of 5:52pm. I called at 6:20 to find out what was up, and was told everything was done and they were just waiting for the delivery driver to get back. I asked when that might be, and he said 30 minutes. I live 0.7 miles away and still haven’t gotten my pizza yet, but as far as delivery goes I think this speaks for itself.

Ordered a large pizza from here tonight. Pizza was terrible. The dough was like bubble gum. The slices wouldn’t even tear apart. Just bad pizza. Avoid this place. There is a reason they have 1.5 stars on Unilocal.I’m surprised Pizza Hut doesn’t shut this place down. Just look at all the 1 star reviews. Are 30 people wrong? Or does this place just suck

When you order — you assume if you pay for something you would everything you ordered. Not at this pizza hut, if you order it you may not get it — and if you ask them to redeliver, they won’t. When you ask for a refund because they didn’t deliver what you ordered… you have to go to the store and get it back. Seems like bad business to me. Go somewhere else.

I never leave a review but i really had to tell everyone to not order from this pizza hut! I am a big fan of pizza hut and of all the locations ive ordered from, this one was the worst. First of all, i ordered from marissa and the customer service i received was just terrible. She was in a bad mood taking my order and the pizza i ordered had no sauce and very poorly made. I took a bite and i couldnt eat it! The lady i spoke to gave me an attitude for calling in for the complaint. She doesnt care for the quality of food nor does she care for any customer service. Never going back to this location.

Ordered for delivery. Was delivered 30 mins late. what they told me on the phone was 40min but they came well past an hour. Asked for pepper and cheese and the delivery guy didn’t bring any. I ordered Hawaiian pizza and it literally taste like crap. It looks like a flatbread with pineapples. I understand the pizzas cold but There’s no sauce on the pizza! Called back and talked to a manager who was rude and unprofessional. Never go to this Pizza Hut. Serious.

Ordered my pizza online. When I picked it up there was almost no marinara sauce on both my pizzas. It was mostly dough. I called back and the person was not helpful at all. All he said was I can try to give you credit. Which I guess it’s a no because there was no credit. This place is going down it use to be real good now it looks like they need to improve personnel

I ordered almost 41.00 worth of pizza and it was cold and cheese less it was so gross my poor kids had to eat half of it. This is the second time I gave Highland Park, CA a chance, but his was the last straw! I called and they only want to give me credit. I don’t want to at their food ever again. I guess I have to call corporate. This is a folio off. My poor kids waited an hours for this grossness. I will have to post my pictures online. The pictures online are not what the pizza really looks like. Little Cesar’s has more cheese and cost less plus taste better too. Rip off! Calling corporate office tomorrow.

The employees here are so ignorant it’s unfair to ignorant people. Their conduct is reprehensible, their leadership or lack of is the exact reason why fast food workers should not be paid anymore than minimum-wage, money is earned as is respect, it’s pizza folks, not a high-end steakhouse, this experience was so utterly horrific, I will never order from another Pizza Hut again to avoid ever running into anything of the likes of these employees

According to these bad reviews, I must have the worst taste in the whole world cause I LOVE Pizza Hut. And here’s the heresy, I like it much better than the famous revered Casa Bianca. I love PH’s thin crust, ½ pepperoni, half ground beef. I sure hope they treat me to s free pizza!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too!!! I will literally NEVER come back here again. This time, they literally asked me «is this done?» And showed me the pizza. Like really? You should know how to cook the pizza, NOTME!!! I am so appalled! Every time my order is either messed up or I am waiting forever for my pizza!!! I was almost told off by an employee telling me that they were busy… Well then don’t tell me that my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes after my pizza was suppose to be ready!!! It’s not my fault you can’t get your act together! Plus my pizza was a reck!(See picture). The lady tried to offer me a free pizza next time– I’m sorry… In addition her hair was not put up and was hanging over someone’s pizza… Gross. Not ok! I am never coming back!!!’ NEVER!!!

This rating is for the delivery. They told us it would take 30 minutes. It took well over an hour. very bad customer service. Driver didn’t know his way around. Had to call us for directions. And they’ve delivered here before Many times. Switching to dominoes pizza from now on.

I ordered online yesterday and picked the pizza at store. When I got home and opened the box I was so appalled they could send a pizza that looked like it did. The pizza had almost no sauce and cheese and should have had pepperoni which on most of the pizza there were none. I will never order from this store again.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with. STAYAWAYATALLCOSTS! They took well over an hour to deliver two mediums and got one of them completely wrong. When I called, they told me they’d be right over with a replacement pizza. This«replacement pizza» never came. Go figure. Try your luck elsewhere with delivery, what a bunch of liars!

Service is so bad! We spent $ 60 for 2 large pizzas and 48 wings and we were asking for one free ranch, what was the manager’s response? «If you want you can leave your order» he was willing to let $ 60 go, for $.50 cents(the price of ranch). We ended up buying 4 ranch packs and that’s okay, but his actions and the way he handled the situation were the things that made it a horrible experience. NEVERAGAIN!

So disappointed with our sauce-less, cheese-less pizza. Buffalo wings were dry and no sauce. I called them and they ended up delivering a new pizza but they should inspect the pizza first before delivery. How do you miss that while slicing and boxing the pizza. Check out the photo I uploaded.
