I go to Chipotle quite often and this has to be my favorite location. Everyone here is very attentive and friendly and they always seem to make the line move quickly. Jeremy was specifically helpful! I wish all Chipotle’s were as great as this one!

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t bother with this location. I have a lot to say, but I’ll spare you all the details and just bullet point the issues I experienced at this Chipotle. — Horrible customer service — Lack of proper training in food preparation — Rude employees — Overcooked/dry meat — Stale vegetables — Messy, unwelcoming & run down again, DON’T BOTHER. The one on Wilshire is much better in every way.

Worst!!! I TRIED explaining this to the girl in there. «I want two orders of tacos with beans and rices in containers». They get so confused and thrown out by my order that they start giving two tacos only and explanations that they only give 1 container for sides. I repeated my ordered again and that I wanted two separate orders of tacos and still hitting no point of understanding. I gave up and left, please train your people to ask the right questions and know what they’re selling. Very Disappointed knowing that I love chipotle!

I’M INLOVEWITHCHIPOTLE! I’M INLOVEWITHCHIPOTLE!!! I GETITFORTHELOWLOW!!! I’M INLOVEWITHCHIPOTLE!!! Let me stop playing ahaha but that is how I feel whenever I go to Chipotle. Out of all the chipotles that I’ve been to, east coast, west coast, and all of those in between, this one by far takes the cake for me. I have never had any issues with customer service, with the quality of the food, etc. I always come here for the burrito OR the bowl. Usually I will go on with the veggie bowl or burrito so I can get the guac for free. When I’m feeling’ myself though I will splurge and get a chicken bowl or burrito and add the guac for $ 1.95LOL. The one and simple reason I LOVE this chipotle above ALLOTHERS is because they will work for a brother and give him the works! I NEVER have to ask for them to add a little more of this or that and they just treat me right! So usually I have to get my burrito double wrapped because I have so many add-ins, the burrito will bust wide open. Any other Chipotle employees will not know how to really wrap the burrito when its bursting open, but here they understand how to place the shells so the burrito I get is closed nicely and firmly and not falling apart. Thank you Chipotle on W. Pico! You are the REAL M.V.P.

This one is for all my vegetarians out there: I have a craving for a veggie bowl every couple of weeks or so and, I love Chipotle. I’ve never had any problems with this store until I went in and saw THEYWERECOOKINGTHEFAJITAVEGGIESONTHENASTYFLATTOPGRILLTHATCOVEREDWITHMEATCHUNKSANDGRIMEANDJUSTEWWWWW. I go here all the time since it’s close to my house and just the thought of it seriously makes my stomach turn from all my previous visits. I won’t ever get the veggies from here again, and have to ask every other Chipotle store how they cook their veg. I’ve never seen any other Chipotle cook veggies on the flat top, and I was just flabbergasted. It’s not vegetarian after you cook it in the meat remnants/fat/etc.

Charged me $ 3.50 extra for quesurrito which is fine but they put a VERY small amount of cheese which they didn’t even melt completely. Had to wait like 15 min for some guacamole, they let other people behind me in line get Guac before me. Guacamole tasted like paste. Disgusting. And the cashier didn’t charge me for chips the first time so she had to charge me again. this place sucks.

My first trip to chipotle, and at best the food was just fair some highs, some lows. First of all you stand in line to place your order. Then a flour tortilla is placed in front of you and you are free to design it the way you want. The first is choice of meats, they have about six choices, I chose the steak(a little tough with a bits of gristle, but fairly tasty,). Then comes rice and beans, pinto, black beans or cilantro rice. I chose all three., The rice was overcooked and bland, the beans were dry and flavorless, but we’re o.k. if not too exciting. The next choice was probably the best ingredient of the meal, a combination of seasoning, peppers and onion and garlic, it was favorable and taSTY, Then came the sauces, I chose all three, mild. Medium and HOT none of them were. The sauces are what MAKESORBREAKS A BURRITO and unfortunately it didnt light my fire. Then we moved on to cheese and sour cream, I chose both and they were fine. Then the process was completed and they rolled it up in foil and I was on my way. I also ordered guacamole and chips, which I was looking forward to, but unfortunately it Was lacking something(maybe garlic and hot sauce and spice), as it was bland. The last thing was the chips, the less said the better, bad. Tasted like they bought them at El pollo. The burrito was huge, but left something to be desired. I doubt that I will be coming back.

The staff is kinda slow, but friendly enough, so whatever… The guacamole, however, is always way too salty.

This is absolutely the worst chipotle I ever been too. I used to work at a chipotle so I know how the food is suppose to taste. Over here it’s just completely bland and bitter. This is not the first time I been here, I always come back to give it another chance. It’s not the same. The customer service is not the best. They have some very rude people working. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

One of the workers there informed me that there was a wait for veggies. So I waited, then 2 more people waited behind me but she actually had them go in front of me and made a lame excuse about their food getting cold. Wasn’t there food already getting cold waiting for the veggies? Clearly management doesn’t know how to hire competent employees

Rice wasn’t fresh the server was rushing me and peppers were burnt on one side of course didn’t notice this until I got home very disappointed I’ll stick with the lunch crew and portion size was like he was scared to put anything in the bowl

For some reason, Chipotle is not as good as it use to be; and no, it is not because of the E. coli outbreaks — it is something more than that. My go to dish has always been the bowl. As of late, the flavors are off, but more specifically the food temperature as well. By the time I get to my seat to enjoy my meal — it has gotten cold. Overall, the experience is not the same.

I order two bowls and a kids chicken quesadilla with chicken… The chicken was raw. I called to let them know they offered me free food but I was so disgusted just called so other people won’t be eating raw chicken ! never eating chipotle again

3 reasons for a 2 star review: First time eating at a chipotle where the carnitas looked and tasted off. Line was crazy long Service was mediocre at best. It seemed like they had a lot of staff but still needed more people. Replenishing ingredients was slow.

I love Chipotle! Chipotle Mexican Grill is truly of the best Mexican Grill. It is very fresh when they make. No chemicals, no msg, 100% really delicious fresh meat such as Steak, Carnitas, Chicken, barbacoa, and Sofritas. You choose from getting a burrito, a bowl, crispy corn tacos, soften corn tacos, soft flour tacos, salads, and even a kids meal. You can add Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice, Cilantro-Lime White Rice, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Fajita Veggies which any combination will go great with whatever you choose. Now I usually order a chicken or beef burrito with Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, and Fajita Veggies. Also I get a side of chips and guac. Great delicious amount The location is in the area of Baldwin Hills Plaza and there’s a lot of restaurants around such as Subway and Buffalo Wild Wing. The Line: The line can be long but it’s worth the wait. Parking: It’s a struggle to find a spot up close. Inside is soo clean, I have to say they take good care of this place that’s why I’m always eating inside. Maximum amount of space is 50. Customer service is always excellent, very polite, helpful, and always smiling this place definitely gets an A+++++ I will definitely will be coming back here

I never thought there would be a day where I gave Chipotle anything less than 3 stars… I’d give this Chipotle 0 stars for their food and 1 star for service. The workers were sorta slow but I wasn’t in a rush so that didn’t pose to be too big of a problem. I also went in around the time they opened so I didn’t have to wait in a long line. The 1 star is for their manners. They were very patient and friendly. I like adding a lot of rice and corn to my bowl and they were very generous. Too bad the rice was dry and bland though. :(guacamole was also bland… There wasn’t enough flavor in the fajitas either. I wouldn’t come to this location until I knew for a fact they got better… Til then, stay away.

This chipotle is one of the best I have gone to. All the employees are nice and friendly and its in a great area. Only downside is the dining area to eat inside is kind of small. I literally dive 10 miles from my home just to come to this chipotle when theirs one like 3 miles from my house so that should tell you something. Anyway come to this chipotle if you want a burrito, bowl, or tacos filled with goodies.

The worst Chipotle I ever been to I live a couple of blocks down but I rather drive down to another one that’s how bad this location is. First visit I waited about 30 minutes workers here are all over the place there was only 2 in the food station and about 3 in the paying station one sitting in the front on his phone. When it was time to pay one of the guys kept screaming to the back for the register girl she took about 3 minutes when she arrived she looked angry she gave me my change I said«thank you» and she just turned around and walked to the back«TF! Rude. I then decided I’ll give them a second chance maybe it’s just this night shift and since I’m only minutes away it’s convenient. Second visit around 8:40 same staff now I’m standing about 10 minutes and again they are talking among each other by the register 2 working and then all of a sudden one pops up from the back and starts to scream«Lebron James!» For about 6 times I can tell the people in front of me where pretty annoyed some people coming from work and myself just drove from San Francisco all I want is my food so unprofessional. It seems they are happy only when joking among each other but when it comes to the actual work they are lazy. The Pizza Rev next door has great customer service why can’t you guys. From the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one that’s crazy for thinking this location needs change so get it together.

After a long morning of being downtown i was craving some chipotle. I wanted to move toward mid city and came across this location. It location on top of a parking structure with other businesses. The location was very clean and my bowl was very fresh. It was the best bowl I’ve had out of other 3 locations I’ve been too. The lettuce was green and crisp, corn salsa on point and the guacamole had a nice hint of lemon and salt. I loved it. They have a few tables to sit outdoors which was where i sat. When i walked out to sit down i saw a manager asking those who were outside how there food was and thanked them for coming. Thats always really nice to hear at upscale places but I’ve never seen a manger do that at a smaller place like a chipotle. It was a very nice gesture and demonstrated nice service. The only thing i didn’t like very much was, when i told the employee i wanted my lettuce in a cup on the side she gave me a «who does that» kind of face and she didn’t hear me the first time and said«huh, what» in a bit of a rude tone. I just felt like she wasn’t having the best day and if i ask for something on the side that shouldn’t be no problem. Other than that i would visit this location again.
