Absolutely love Carter’s they have Everything! i had two baby showers to attend to 10/10/2015. i went in on 10÷9÷15 and got two separate gifts one for a boy one for a girl so it was two separate transactions, i realized when i got home i had forgotten one of the gift bags at the store but it was coming up on the receipt. So i called in to the store n asked if i had left the second gift bag, they said yes it is on the counter and will be waiting for pick up, so i send my daughter in later in the evening to pick up the bag. there was different staff she wasn’t aware the gift bag sitting on the counter was for pick up only, she didn’t want to give the gift bag due to her not having any idea about it,(despite having the receipt) she was not helpful at all. She recommended coming in the next day and speaking to a manager. i walked away slightly disappointed but understood her position«she did not want to be held responsible», so i came in the morning of the baby shower 10÷10÷15 it was the same staff, same problem they were so rude and did not want to help me out, its 107 degrees outside its the day of both these events anyone in my position would have been easily irritated, we went with the second cashier a hispanic woman and as i begin to show her the receipt and my bag with no gift bag in it, the other cashier a african american woman whom i had spoken to the night before just left her customer waiting at the counter and jumped in on the conversation, i was not even able to explain what i was there for, they were both Extremely rude, they claimed they did not want to help me because they did not want to take fault for a $ 3.00 gift bag, they offered no help because they were not there at the time of the first transactions on the evening 10÷9÷15. i was there at 11:45 am on 10÷10÷15 as they recommended, they told me the best they can do is have me wait until 1:00pm when a manger comes in,(it is the day of the events) not very helpfull staff! my daughter calls me telling me the situation so i call in the store and ask them what is going on how can something so simple be so difficult for two people. i asked if they can please call a manger for approval, she did not let me speak over the phone i had to ask her several times to let me speak, after calling her manager she went back outside to tell my daughter that she can take the gift bag, that she was trying to explain that she needed a managers approval but that was not in fact what she had«explained» her solution to the slight problem was having my daughter wait until 1pm for a manger when its 11;45am and it is the day of the events. she could have called her manager from the beginning i did not have to call in the store to tell staff what to do. very ridiculous, being a cashier is not hard at all and these two staff members manged to make being a cashier look like a hard job. sucks because i absolutely love carters and this location is much closer to my home and these two women just ruined the Carters experience for me. its disappointing because all the other reviews under mine claim the staff was very customer friendly, my experience was so bad i signed up on Unilocal just to leave this review.

Cashier Leslie(Maybe Manager) is the best. She helped me with a rather lengthy transaction without one negative suggestion. Superb customer service! Great find Carter’s Corporation!

i’m so bummed i just found out how great their store is. i had only ordered online before a month ago, but with their new free«ship to store» program i finally made it into the store. lots of stuff on clearance and the staff was really sweet! came up to me with a shopping bag when they saw my hands full. saw my kid drop his granola bar, and someone came up to me and offered to throw it away for me. smiles and all. very easy parking on the 3rd level.

Well, now that I have a kid, I’m on the email list, and there seems to be a sale every five minutes, so that’s nice. I will say that the mall that it’s in isn’t generally swamped, which makes getting in and out of there a breeze(as long as you drive to the top floor and don’t stop in the Lowe’s parking lot, which does get pretty busy). Anyway, Carter’s makes great, affordable, adorable baby clothes, and it’s nearby. The salespeople are super nice and helpful, the prices are far less than those of BabyGap, which is good, because my daughter will grow out of them in about 3 months. Score for the neighborhood! I just hope they’re not made in sweatshops.

I have frequented this location pretty regularly since the arrival of my little one and Ive always encountered great customer service. The staff members are always quick to assist me in finding additional sizes or if I’m on the hunt for a certain item. The store is easy to find, stocked with merchandise and super clean. I read one of the earlier posts that commented on the untidy rounders– and it certainly seems like this location has cleaned up their game! As other reviewers have mentioned, finding the location is a little tricky. But just remember to head to Lowes then take the ramp up to the third level where you’ll find another strip mall and carters is right there! I personally love all the budget friendly finds at carters! And the quality is great! But word to the mamas out there, there is no stroller ramp to enter the store so be prepared to do some lifting from the parking lot!

Carters overall good quality clothes for babies. Buy if I’m going to give them my business, it’s not going to be at this location. I don’t usually rate, but customer service at this location is not the greatest.

Couldn’t really Find the place there located at the top, up the ramp 3rd floor parking lot next to chipotle. It’s VERY clean and well organized, which is great. I hate to shop and it’s a pigsty. They have a large selection which is nice. The customer service is at it’s best. Went to shop for my niece she’s VERY spoiled .I will be back:)
