Location is great, and it’s been around for awhile — testimonial to the strength of its offering. Good quality is good, atmosphere and service very nice. Server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Most stand-out aspect are the inventive descriptions of the food. We found those made the specials very compelling. The standard menu didn’t have anything that popped out. Close to 5 stars, but a few gaps in their game.

Excellent northern Italian fare! This is one of our all town favorites in downtown Greenville!

We eat here often and enjoy the expert service and overall quality of the food. I feel bad about the review that said the lady bartender was rude to her. The bartender has always been very friendly with our family, it just must have been a bad night. The food is always excellently prepared and I’ve even heard the chef grows some of the herbs or vegetables used.

Upscale Italian cuisine, crisp table linen, elegant atmosphere with great wine selection. Our server was attentive and answered menu questions in detail. Overall food excellence with daily specials being offered. Food had great presentation, portions were appropriate and prices were fair if you appreciate quality. I recommend reviewing the menu on there website if you don’t speak Italian. The majority of the menu is English but it may confuse those of us that aren’t familiar with Italian culture.

Delicious Italian. Will be back. One of Greenville’s finest restaurants. All courses were perfect.

The menu was rather limited and the atmosphere was a bit cold; I think the lights weren’t dim enough and the tables rather stark, missing the mark for date night. Not my favorite Italian in Gville.

Food 31⁄2 stars. Attitude of the female bartender on 5÷7÷15 minus 5 stars. rude, rude, rude. We had reservations for 7:00 and arrived on time. There were 3 or 4 empty tables. We stood there and finally after 10 minutes I asked why we were not seated and the woman behind the bar made a rude comment and spoke to a gentleman at the bar regarding my question. I will never visit this restaurant again. There are many other restaurants in Greenville that have employees that treat customers with courtesy.

I ate here 7 years ago and was impressed. I was hoping for the same satisfaction, but did NOT get it at all. Maybe they were understaffed that night, but the service wasn

I lived in Florence Italy for a while in college and I’m a pretty tough italian critic. So far no where in greenville has been up to par but this place exceeded expectations. They have great tables by the window, very attentive waitstaff without any attitude or stuffy demeanor, and above all great, authentic food. You know good italian by the freshness of the ingredients and the fact that they don’t have stray far from the simple dishes to blow you away. Only thing I would change would be to include a few more moderately priced wines, or some in the $ 30 – 50 range. Like a good Tuscan chianti. A bunch of wines were over $ 100 which is great to have as an option, but might not be the most accessible for everyone or for a casual dinner.
