Comfort Suites

At first, I was going to give a lower rating. Out of the 50 some odd channels listed, only ten worked. The doors to the rooms are weighted, so they slam really loud in the mornings. We had a room by the pool, so we had to listen to screaming kids until 10:30 at night. Despite all of this, the rooms were very clean. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable and the staff was very kind and attentive. The staff is actually the reason they got four instead of three stars. We wanted to do some laundry, but the guest machines were out of order. So, this guy just took our laundry and did it himself in the staff laundry room! No charge for soap or anything. He didn’t have to do that. It’s the little things like that that can really improve the experience.

What u would expect from a comfort suites. Very clean, very friendly staff. All for only $ 78 per night. A good value in my opinion. I would stay here again. Nice fitness room also

Room is clean and has been taken care of. Breakfast was the standard fair for CS (I spend a cpl hundred nights a year in hotels) Bacon is paper thin and GREASY Bad!!! That being said the only reason I did not rate this hotel higher then 3 stars is the internet. I’ve never seen nor heard of a hotel in a major city using Hughes Net (the satellite internet). Yes the one people who live in the middle of BFE use. The internet is TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE! Very difficult getting some work done on my laptop. I’m on the 3^rd floor. The one thing I would change immmediatly is the internet is unbelievable for 2014. Its kinda like using a 56k modem you remember those. I would stay here again in a second if I didn’t need internet. This is a major city in 2014, inTexas get high speed cable internet folks.

Excellent staff buffet breakfast bar with wAffles and lots of coffee we also enjoyed the pool do not go to breakfast at the ending time as it is super busy
