Canoga Park, CA
Cool Down Café is a really good place to go on the weekends. It gets pretty packed and the ratio is better than I’ve seen at a lot of places. The staff is really cool and are a big part of the party. I came to this place about 4 times while I was in Amsterdam and had a great time every time.
The only downside is that they will have a door man who occasionally gives the locals only speech.
