SERVPRO Spring Valley/​Jamul are really knowledgable professionals. My dishwasher linked and they were extremely quick to respond. They were genuinely compassionate. Extremely knowledgeable addressing all my concerns. They used the most minimally invasive path without cutting corners. I can’t say enough good about these guys. They go above and beyond. You will NOT regret calling them.

Jason is great! We had a super water saturated carpet (caused by a fly by night cleaner], and Jason came out at 9 am, and the carpet was dry by 3, ready for renters arriving the next day. He also did a beautiful job restoring our Mexican tile floor. He is expert at what he does, dependable and pleasant to work with. We recommend him and his company to everyone.

What I learned from my first home flood disaster–
1.Call the professionals immediately — the longer you wait
the worst the damage will become.
This is not DYI project, it is a science project,
and you need a lot of equipment specific for the job.

is an expert professional, on time, and excellent at what he does.
He is calm and easy to work with.- I was sort of stressed .
He worked hard brought in a lot of expert equipment and got the house
back to normal in 5 days.

Jason made a flood disaster fixable in a calm way.

I just purchased my first home and within 24 hours of getting my keys, my upstairs neighbor had a massive water leak that FLOODED my unit. I literally stopped in the day after getting my keys (before moving in) and was standing in puddles. The neighbor had already called SERVPRO and they were starting to work on her place. JASON with ServPro immediately came to my unit and started working. He and his partner (whos name I have forgotten but her was wonderful too) started taking moisture reading etc. I was devastated when he said my WHOLE kitchen needed to be gutted and part of my living room ceiling. He was calm and made me feel as if I had NOTHING to worry about. I felt so comfortable just leaving it ALL in his hands. I just gave him a key and he set up a lock box that night on my door. The demo was done by the next day and it was so neat and clean inside. They organized all the stuff that had to remain in an orderly fashion. They were there EVERYDAY taking moisture readings and they had numerous machines drying out my place for almost 5 days. I called him numerous times on his cell # with questions and he was ALWAYS helpful. I could not have imagined this could have gone ANY SMOOTHER!!! I would recommend this company ANYTIME as long as they ALL are as good as these 2 guys were! I would even request JASON again myself if I ever have to go through this again!!! Horrible situation made a bit softer… JOB WELL DONE GUYS!!!

My townhome got flooded few wks back. I’m glad that my rental ins AAA called these guys after the first vendor they setup for me had schedule conflict w/​my work schedule. They came out and did my soft context, worked w/​my hard context vendor as well to have everything back in timely manner. Big thumbs up to Jason and his worker. They put everything back once it was cleared to be moved back in.

SERVPRO Spring Valley/​Jamul were lifesavers!
Unfortunately, we experienced our apartment flooding when we were out of town for a holiday weekend. What a disaster; for 48+ hours, water was running, completely soaking our carpet, walls and furniture.
As soon as we called SERVPRO Spring Valley/​Jamul, the owners, Jason and Jennie came to our home, and were able to assess the damage, offer recommendations for next steps, and place equipment to start with repairing the damage. Over the course of the next few days, Jason continuously monitored the progress, keeping us updated and easing any concerns we had.
If we ever had a need for water restoration services again, (hopefully we won’t!), SERVPRO Spring Valley/​Jamul would be the first call I would make. They were extremely professional, quick to respond to our needs, and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them– thanks again for all your help!
