Dry Xperts

I can’t speak highly enough of this business. On Thursday, Jan. 7 just before leaving for work at 8 a.m. I realized that my garage was flooded with about 4″ of water. After recruiting neighbors and friends to assist me in removing items from my garage and renting a pump to clear water, I called the first business that came up — Dry Xperts. I was VERY pleasantly surprised to A) have someone answer the phone given all the emergencies around SD, B) to be put right through to a manager (Martin, I believe), and C) to have Xavier and Carlos arrive within about 30 minutes. They were professional, reassuring, and got right to work. They each had a great attitude and treated me as though I was their only client for the day. After spending several hours extracting all of the water they left me with blowers for the weekend and returned Monday to sanitize and remove plywood around the perimeter to ensure mold did not develop further up the walls. I greatly appreciated that Xavier called exactly when he said he would contact me, provided me with timely updates and pictures, and the pricing was extremely fair. I highly recommend their services if ever you find yourself in this situation. Keep up the good work guys!
