Chad is very prompt when providing quotes and scope of work. He is honest about the cost and told us in advance when additional cost involved. His tile work is also great. I highly recommend him. I found Chad on Unilocal and glad I hired him to change my bathtub.

Chad is an outstanding detail oriented general contractor who never tries to nickel and dime his customers. I was referred to Chad by my realtor and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and up-​front honesty about pricing and the contract. As a first time home buyer with a large number of minor repairs needed to be completed before my move-​in, it was important to work with an experienced, skilled and ethical contractor. Chad did a fantastic job on a plethora of repairs ranging from partial shower remodel to garbage disposal repair to interior and exterior door replacement. When I found a leak in my kitchen sink where the new disposal was installed, Chad came over and made the repair for no charge. Chad will continue to be my go-​to contractor for all my maintenance and remodeling needs and I certainly would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest contractor.

We were searching for a contractor that could do most everything for a multi bathroom remodel (Flooring, drywall, tile, plumbing & electrical). Based on the reviews Chad was a potential fit (except electrical). Timing was important because we had to be able to use one bathroom while both were being demo’d and remodeled. Chad cleaned up each work area each day and accommodated our schedules within the time budget. Chad was upfront, honest, professional and frankly a bit of a perfectionist. He was also very flexible and suggested great value adds we had not considered. His work was accurate, clean and he also performed some small changes not in the contract. We would recommend Chad and plan to use him again in the near future.

Chad Tan is a really great contractor! We first used his services for our home we bought in 2011, that was bank owned. We wanted to get a lot done before we moved into the home. The first «remodel» included a 5 foot french door, moving interior walls, putting in all new windows, closet doors, etc. We bought in mid Apr. and were able to move in June 1^st. Chad is a very hard worker and does great work. He lets you bounce ideas off of him about projects and will give you reasonable quotes. We also had him put in new crown molding and base boards and new interior doors. We used him again for repair on our exterior trim before we painted. Then we remodeled our guest bath, which he completed in 3 weeks, tile, frame less shower doors and all! Now he’s helping us with the master bath. Chad is extremely well rounded in his skills and it’s so nice to have someone in construction you can call that is fair, honest and a hard worker without charging you an arm and a leg!

In context of worrying about a small mobile contractor and if they would turn up again after giving them your deposit. Well this is one to double down on every time. Chad as built one small house for me 3 years ago and prior to that lots of tile plumbing and finish carpentry. Not once did he bid low and then ask for a change order because he got the original price wrong. His latest and greatest job for me was my second bathroom that he completed in three weeks. Amazingly clean now that makes my wife happy.

As a single woman with a home, C Tan is the man to know!!! He can do, repair, and renovate just about anything! (and the man can lay down some tile like it’s nobody’s business!!) Not only do his jobs always turn out beautiful, but Chad is super reliable! On the rare occasion that he does not answer the phone (probably because he’s on a job) he will be calling you back before you’ve even had time to put the phone down! (maybe a bit exaggerated, but he does reply fast! Much faster than any other business out there that I’ve found myself waiting by the phone for hours to hear a reply!) Move over Bob Vila… there’s a new king of home improvement in town!
