Hard to say anything when we finally schedule a time for a quote and he never showed up, never emailed before or after. We scheduled and confirmed 3PM on Saturday via email. I was out in front ready at 2:45PM, waited until 4:30PM and a big NO SHOW. Even emailed after 3PM and asked if he wasn’t interested please let me know, but NO RESPONSE. Too bad, it was a lot of work.

Rich from Pacificoastal Design did a great job on installing retaining walls /​planting beds in our steep canyon yard. He also installed irrigation in the planting beds and into individual pots along our deck. The result is exactly what we wanted. My plants are finally flourishing and our yard is much more enjoyable!
Rich was personally involved with all aspects of the job, from initial quote to completion. I appreciated his responsiveness to our needs. He came out to inspect the job the same day I called and his detailed quote was delivered promptly so we were able to move forward quickly.
The project likely proved a little more challenging than initially anticipated and it took a little longer than expected, but, Rich was persistent to get the job done right. I appreciated his eye for detail and quality materials used. I would not hesitate to call him back for any other future landscape architecture needs.

. Rich did an absolutely fantastic job on our yard and followed the plans exactly while suggesting changes or additions where they enhanced the existing plans. We also hired him to repair some broken landscape masonry, and add a small front yard retaining wall based on existing designs.
Rich was reasonably priced and the quality of work was very high. We recommend his services without hesitation.
