BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY — THEY ARE INCOMPETENT and do NOT have the proper testing equipment and the owner is a HUGE LIAR. After I used them to determine if my rental had mold I found out that the method used was sub-​par. The owner Bill did not test the entire house and he did not take photos or provide a complete report. The owner Bill has a horrible reputation among other mold inspection companies AND LAW FIRMS THAT HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH HIM. I didn’t know because his website made it appear that he was skilled and knew what he was doing. I wish someone had warned me!
