Sonny’s Beach Service

Customer service not on par during off-​season. I have used their services once before about 8 or 9 years ago and really enjoyed it. I did parasailing, banana boat, and jet skis. Now, I have a 5 year old son and I wanted him to be able to enjoy their services, too, but I wasn’t sure if he was old enough. So I called to make reservations and ask questions. No answer. Then I emailed. The response I got was, «We are not open until March 2016. Thanks» I didn’t ask about when they are open, I asked about age limits. This was not the kind of response I was expecting from a company that’s been around so long. We were about to do a Spring Break trip in March with 6 adults and 1 child, so we needed something both kids and adults can enjoy. I thought I could go with Sonny’s. I’m not so sure about that now. I cannot wait until March to plan a trip for March.

These guys really know what they are doing! We took our kids, ages 5 and 9, parasailing with Sonny’s and it was amazing! The guys were all quick, professional and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!
Also, their chairs and umbrellas were of a much higher quality than some of the other rental services on the island.
