Was given a necklace for my birthday that I returned for store credit. The experience at this store was much friendlier than the Deer Park location. Nancy was extremely personable and patient in looking to see if items I found online were available at their store. She is the reason I would come back to this location. Their demographic age focus seems to be 40+ women. Earrings in the $ 30s and necklaces in the $ 50s. Service is at a slower more focused pace. Did not end up seeing anything I loved and will keep searching. Am glad I stopped into this location.

Oh my lands. Lovely jewelry. But do not expect to get out of there in a hurry. There were three of us and I think our entire checkout process took over 7 minutes. And, there was another employee working in the store who never felt the need to come over and assist. Super frustrating. I would shop elsewhere.

Wow! I am glad that both Tara and Debbie had a great experience at BC because the other day I went to exchange a gift and was treated like a thief returning stolen merchandise. It was such a horrible experience that I won’t be back!!!

I’ve popped in here but never actually dealt with the staff or intended to buy anything until today. Found myself looking for something to buy my sister and my husband found an awesome gift for her, but they were out of everything but the display. The sales woman pulled what I wanted out of the display and said that she didn’t really want me walking around with it because it was one of their hottest items and she didn’t want someone to take it from me… no biggie, that’s all I was buying so I checked out and the gift wrapping was awesome! A cute little tin for my item, a pretty gift bag, receipt in a cute little envelope… it was a really pleasant experience! I think I will likely pop in here again looking for gifts because the customer service is great!

I’m a girly-girl so I’ve always loved Brighton, though it can be a little over the top. Their prices are high, but everything wears really well. I’m hard on my watches and my handbags but have never had any complaints. If you need a heart red tennis racket cover with non-tarnishing sterling silver hardware, you can’t beat it. Last winter I wandered in on an exceptionally cold(–3) day and was, not surprisingly, the only customer around. The sales woman struck up a conversation and learned that I was new to the city. As I was finishing up my purchase she gave me her card and offered me her friendship. A nice touch for a city newbie.
