I came here with my girlfriend one Friday afternoon before going out so she could find something flirty and fun for our night out. As soon as we got in, we were greeted enthusiastically and informed of all the available specials. And wow, there’s some seriously fun and sexy clothes here. Thanks to the staff we were able to find a fantastic outfit and even jazzed it up with some jewelry. We’ll definitely be back!

There are always at least 2 – 3 sales associates every time I come in here. However, maybe one comes to ask me if I need help. I honestly do not want their help because they seem to stand and gossip by the registers. I also feel like if I asked for help they might have a heart attack on me because I got in the middle of their gossip session. I never see anyone do too much work in this small store, but you would think they could help a girl out??!
The only movement I have seen was at the register when they ring people up and at the dressing room where they HAVE to lift a finger to help someone. This is why I deduct some shining stars. I give three stars because I always find something nice to wear for decent prices and decent material.
I work in customer service and you should always greet customers, get to know them to see what their interests are and go from there. If someone looks like they need help… you should probably help them… just sayin.

seriously the worst customer service – EVER.
and by worst, i mean zero interaction between staff and customer. no hello, no acknowledgment, just nothingness.
i skip it every single time, especially when nearly identical items are available across the way at xxi (forever 21) and at much better prices. and with nice staff.

You remember when you were little and thought «When I grow up I’m going to be just like Barbie?» Y’know… The car, the beach house, perfect hair, a new job every week or two with coordinating wardrobe, the ambiguously gay boyfriend who actually enjoys going shopping with you?
I am one step closer. Because I just bought a Barbie-​pink coat that fits glamorously! It cinches my waist, flares out, has cute little ribbon bows and makes my chest look phenomenal. I can wear it with heels. I can wear with flats. I can wear it with jeans or a dress… and it even makes girls who say they hate pink oooh, ahh and come over to pet the sleeves. It’s perfect. Even Ken would say so…

Pre-​baby, I used to do alot of shopping here. I have a jacket fetish. I bought many cool leather jackets and dresses here. My tastes have somewhat changed now, and I also don’t have an excuse to dress up as much as I used to.
The reason that I give this store 5 stars is for the absolutely fantastic service we received here the other day. Old Orchard was a ghost town. Most of the stores closed before the 830 shut down, and those that were open were unwelcoming and zombie like. We passed the store on our way to our car and were shocked to see that it still had it’s door open. They actually waved us in. That is a breath of fresh air and why some stores will continue to survive, it’s all about customer service.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping here and looking at the styles that have great lines. You have to watch for the sales and the staff were helpful enough. Not spectacular. The stars are more for the clothing line.

Let me just say that I used to have a 5 star rating on this place, but they seem to have hired new staff with little knowledge of good customer service. I was not helped once here. Hopefully they go back to their old hiring practices which had nice sales people.

This is a great place to shop for young women. They have really trendy clothes both for work and casual wear. Their stuff is really trendy, but still unique. The customer service here is great and the sales reps are always around to help out or make suggestions.
