The Limited Express

I completely agree with Amaliya about Express and how they downsized and the new location is so small.
However, my one star review is about their customer service here. So rude and annoying. We were looking for a particular skirt in one size and when we asked for help, the sales clerk took the skirt that we were looking for and disappeared. She came back ten minutes later asking what size we wanted. She disappeared again and then, came back asking about the size AGAIN. Then, we followed her to the rack where all the skirts were and she proceeded to look through it after we told her that we had already looked through the rack and was wondering if they had any more in the back.
Then, she disappeared again. When we saw her again, the skirt was gone and when we asked her about it — she tried to sell us a different style skirt. Finally we asked her about the skirt in the back and she told us that she forgot to look back there. Forget it — totally not worth incompetent customer service.

Just in case anyone doesn’t know, they recently downsized and moved both their mens and womens store into a location off of the Bloomingdales Corridor. The new locations is so small and tight. It isn’t even half the size of their old freestanding men’s store and not even an eighth of their old freestanding womens store. I have no idea what happened! This new store is really the pits! There isn’t room to checkout, and those who work behind the counter are crammed! The service that we received was terrible. I receive coupons in the mail form them all the time for being an A-​list card holder. They actually had the nerve to try and not honor the coupon! I was shocked! We used to be huge Express fans, not so much anymore.

I love the editor pants. Perfect cut. I’ve found wonderful deals here too.

The Limited is a great place to shop for great women’s business casual type clothes. They have a huge selection and their sizes fit perfectly! Try their Drew dress pants. they’re great!
