Called in the evening for an appointment in the am — today — thanksgiving day. All things considered, was quoted a reasonable price. There was something nasty in my drain and terry fixed it ASAP. Roto-​rooter wanted 2x for the same work. Actual price matched estimate. Don’t be extorted — call jakes — they’re cool

I needed to find a plumber for a kitchen issue. They answered the phone right away and were able to fit me in their schedule the next day.
They came in, made a quick assessment, fixed the issue and were done. 1 hour. Wonderful, knowledgable and professional. I will hire them again, if I have a need.

We had a great experience. A water filter below our house burst late Friday night. I called them first thing Saturday morning. The plumber drove over within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair. He was done by 9AM, and all for a very affordable price. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. (Oh, and we have a newborn too.)
