We were waiting for the rain to test the new drain. WOW!!! The garage is DRY after days of dumping rain.
We had a flooding problem in our garage for years. It was flooded every time it rained even a little shower. For years, we spent alot money on it. It wasn’t resolved until the Chapman Excavation LLC guys showed up, they are great. The owner Chris is very knowledgeable. He made suggestions about different ways we could solve our drain problem. He and his crew of two worked 15 hours on the day they did cement work. They’re very hard workers. Give these guys a call if you have drainage problems. You won’t be disappointed.

Chris and his crew were great! They thoroughly explained the scope of work, reasonable/​fair price, and always working until the job was completed. We had a large scale job: whole house drainage, and sewer line replacement. Even the neighbors liked the crew as they cleaned up the street, and courteously parked vehicles. The latter may seem a minor point, but neighbors can ‘easily’ complain about such things. Highly recommend!
