I’ve worked with Complete Mechanical for years and they have always done a great job. From routine furnace repair service, to replacing our hot water heater. Their team is always professional and great to work with. I recently had Complete Mechanical out to seal our furnace ducting and it saved us a ton of money off of our energy bill. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a good HVAC company.

WOW! I have never been treated so poorly over the phone. After reading reviews and checking them out with the BBB, I thought I would give them a try. I had a small job and called to see if they would do it. I was told «I don’t see who would. We need to feed our families and plus we are busy.» A simple ‘No’ would’ve been appropriate or even we’ll pass.
The funny thing is that before someone answers it says «this call may be monitored for quality control.»

After fiddling with nest and thermostat terminals on the circuit board for few days, I managed to get into a state where my gas furnace will not turn on. After spending my entire afternoon troubleshooting and fearing the worse for the Saturday night, I called the first number that showed up for HVAC repair near me. Someone (John?) picked up the phone, walked me through the troubleshooting, went through the steps I had performed, made sure I was using my meter correctly and the automotive fuse was not blown. Yes — on the phone. That was it. It was the door switch all along. Saved me money and time and a cold night. Thank you!

Worst Crook ever!!! We asked for an estimate and Tim took a part to see how much it would be. Tim took 3 weeks to get us an estimate. To get us to get the work do Tim let us know if we turned on our heat our house could burn down or fill with carbon monoxide. When I asked him for the part since he told me that it would cost me $ 142 to get the part back. I asked him where I signed that a bid would cost me $ 142.
No other HVAC company charges $ 142 for a bid.

Tim came out out on almost no notice to fix our AC so that my in laws could be comfortable in this heat while they visit. I’m sure he had to work late just to fit us in and we really appreciate it.

Wow, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my entire life! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They do not have your best interest at heart and I have been sitting in a house with no heat for almost 24 hours now with a 3 month old baby. I called to check the status and the guy got super pissed at me for calling and told me he has a million other things to do. I am just absolutely shocked at the unprofessionalism of this person.
