We just had our rental worked on. They replaced two washers in the tub, new handle on the toilet and new fill valve in master toilet. Replaced 20 ft of piping and new hb and fixed some sweat fittings. They were very professional, honest and got the job done real quick. I highly recommend them and will be contacting them in the future.

Rain City Plumbing is a great company. They are very friendly and polite. They have done work for me on a few occasions. The first time my sewer line had broken and waste was flowing all over the crawl space. I have a old manufactured home and have been told by other people doing work or repairs that it is a nightmare. Some plumbers have actual refused service when they see where they need to crawl under.
Jamie was very professional and nice. He didn’t make any complaints about having to crawl into that area. With what he was doing I really felt for him. The job was done really fast. The quote was reasonable and there was no hiden fees. They guaranteed their work and cleaned everything up after.
When my pipe in the kitchen was leaking I called Rain City again. I assured them they would not have to crawl under the house (thinking that after the sewer they wouldn’t want to). Jamie said that it would be no problem if he did and he was happy to come out again. Not only did he fix the leak in the sink. He found another one under the bathroom that I had no idea about.
Same fast, friendly service and he told me to call them anytime I need something. I would recommend them to everyone

I recently had Jamie from Rain City Plumbing replumb my whole house. His quote was very reasonable and he estimated it would take about 4 days. To my surprise he was about done in 2 days. His work was great quality! The people that I have living in the houe met him as he was finishing up the job and told me how professional and polite he was. They were very impressed! I will use him for all of my plumbing needs from here on out. I would recommend this company to anyone who is concerned about price, quality and the type of people that come to your home. I have used much larger companies and paid dearly for very little.
