Small but mighty, Frank is a staple of the locals on the North end of Capitol Hill. Patrons range from lone wolves reading independent screenplays to the occasional grandmother(with grandkids in tow) who requires coffee to deal with the minions. Take a moment to observe the subtle charm of Frank; the candy necklaces, the small independent art pieces, even an odd letter from a child’s Christmas request. Few things are as cute or as delightful as a Seattle morning that starts this Frank-ly!

Easily one of my favorite places to get coffee in Seattle. The coffee is great, and the atmosphere is quirky but cool. Not too many tables, but I usually get to go so it’s not a big deal.

I love Frank. It is my favorite place to go for coffee in Seattle! I love the cozy atmosphere, the staff and the coffee. And I just found out that they will have hot food available at lunch, too. My kids go to TOPS school, which is right across the freeway, and it is a great place to squirrel away after drop off or if early to pick up. Thanks, Frank, for providing such an awesome place for a cup of joe and so much more!

I moved to Seattle from the east coast about 10 years ago and have not only developed a serious coffee habit but also developed a deep appreciation of the fantastic community culture found in coffee shops. This one tops my list. Always love Vita coffee, but given the amount of really good coffee available, this isn’t what sets Frank apart. It’s the wonderful group of people who gather to banter about the business of daily living, the comfortable/tasteful/creative ambiance, and the consistently solid service. Thanks to the business for providing a respite from the daily grind!

This Karen M. must be crazy! I have been searching for great coffee in the Seattle area for years and finally found my place. Not only do they serve Cafè Vita products, but with amazing service. The owner always seems so eager to please and is so crafty, she is an inspiration to us all. I have gone in close to closing time and experienced the«out of drip» line, but they will always whip up an americano with a smile and light banter. I love Frank! Great coffee, great service, great atmosphere.

Frank Espresso is a great addition to the North Capitol Hill neighborhood. The atmosphere is very lively, fun, and artsy. Definitely a place to hang out with neighbors or do a bit of internet surfing. Friendly staff… and I love how there is a continuous re-innovation and experimenting with different food and drink offerings.

This is my local coffee shop and it’s a gem. Great espresso, super friendly staff, and the coolest tables I’ve ever seen(made by the owner). They have yummy sandwiches from Le Fournil and it’s just a great place to sit and chill out for a bit.

Best coffee in Seattle — all other coffee shops are ruined for me. Seriously. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and fun, the attitude is relaxed, and the coffee from Café Vita is top-notch. Our kids love their donuts too. Seriously my favorite place to hang out in Seattle!

This place is awesome. The moment I walked in I wanted to sit down and enjoy the quaint atmosphere. Loved the artfully crafted tables and cheerful patrons. A great neighborhood spot!
